First...Employee Ginsele Favor is a good employee, and was pleasant on the phone after we connected and chatted further. Now here is where I blow your Storage Facility up...Zero Stars. I have a unit, have had it since 2010. Paid automatically, on time every month. Very unorganized. Manager failed to change the price of my unit to include the discount for more than 2 months. It's caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary trips to try and straighten out the situation. The elevators are hot and stuffy because they refuse to waste the money on keeping it running. The lower levels are poorly ventilated and quite eerie and dark. Not happy with feeling like I'm suffocating every time I go to my unit. Only the lights in the main corridors are lit and if you want to light up a hallway, you nee... read more

This place is terrible! Reasonable prices and friendly people does not make-up for several of their faults. I have a unit here and several times while moving in I went to the office to get a key to one of their carts and there was no one in the office (doors locked) during business hours. One time I waited for almost twenty minutes for them to return and had to leave because I'm moving and have things to do (left with my car completely loaded still as I never got a cart to unload).
