Beware, they will raise your rent 1-2 x a year, if anything gets damaged even if it is their fault they won't cover unless you pay for insurance. They are definitely mostly concerned about the $$$ not caring for your things.

This is a storage facility caters to the homeless they camp out every night and during the day if you want your things stolen go ahead and store your stuff here the owner obviously does not care or about the neighborhood

For many, many months, the access gate to the storage units had been broken and left open during business hours. Unfortunately, this had allowed homeless and others to wander and has also led to increased trash and associated smells. Yesterday, I spoke directly with the manager who gave me mostly lip service about needing corporate approval (after some 3-4 months) before the gates can be repaired and assured me that no one wanders around as they monitor cameras. I contacted this place with caution, since there are reviews on Yelp complaining about prices being raised without any written communication. I asked the attendant, Brandon, about a space and he offered a storage unit that is sized 6x14 for $181/month, I then asked for a written agreement on the price he proposed and he refused to put it in writing; I asked for the manager and he affirmed he was the manager and they never given any written agreements to people in his year and a half of working at the place, he seemed pretty ... read more

This place was really not to my liking. In this subterranean location to store your personal items, the smell was distasteful, it was dank and moist, and I saw lots of small roaches. Even saw what we thought may have been some people either living or lurking down there. We bought boxes for our move they smelled horribly. Let's hope the owners do something to remedy this place. I suggest you shop around before settling here.

Move in was easy site manager very friendly. Move out was miserable. I felt like I rented from the devil. Place is clean and no issues. Area is sketchy so don't leave anything unattended. Main issues was at move out we were treated like we were doing something wrong. Staff was ambivalent and unfriendly. Elevators are primary access as facility is underground. Went to take electronic recycling to this place. There is a group of patrons at the door, door is locked. After courteous knocking by another person, the worker finally came to the door and said she was on her lunch hour and that we'd have to come back. This was1:30 on a busy Sunday afternoon. Seriously? I drove elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

I have used this location for 3 years. I had a flood caused by the complex and the office can do nothing without contacting the district manager. After 6 months no response from district manager so they offered my 3 years at a discounted rate. After 1 year my cost increased $50 a month. I contacted them and again, had to contact their district manager. District manager had changed and would not honor agreement. But agreed to 6 months of 20% discount. This place is junk stay away. I've been renting a locker for almost a year and every time it rains water leaks. There's always homeless people hanging around and I've seen some inside the building even though it has a secure access. It's always hot and muggy and the reps that work there are always unwilling to help even to get a key for a cart. When you do get a key they give you the wrong one that's on another floor. Also, if you try to get a truck to move out good luck, it's only for move ins. They can careless about those... read more
