I have rented from All American for a year. I had a promotion that lasted for several months. As expected I knew the price would go up after the promotion ended. However, that was not the only time the price on my unit went up. It would be nice to get a heads up when there a price increase. I did not receive any notices. Be sure to give a 7 day notice so if your fee can be prorated. They will not refund your money. My experience was okay but you're better off going somewhere else where you get more for your money.

I would like to give huge kudos to the ladies of All American Self Storage. The customer service they provided was excellent. I dropped my cell phone in the crack between the elevator and floor and I thought is was a goner. But because of the ladies jumping into action, they were able to contact the elevator company and i got my phone back. I appreciate how the issue was handled so quickly. This was one the best storage around san diego I have rented from, starting by the good customer service Iridian gave me she is a hard worker with a pleasant smile. she took me around to check out the spaces available and gave me a good deal after all even when I rented the truck. good work Iridian thanks to your good customer services I will come here again one day.

Omg God bless Ms. Stacey. I love her customer service. Its rare you find people who will go above amd beyond for customer satisfaction. She listened to us and made it work for us. Stacey took care of my refund check and was amazing! She really went out of her way and provided the best customer service. Part of the delay with my refund check was my fault but now I have it Thanks to Stacey and everybody else at All American Self Storage! I loved the facilities and should I ever need a storage unit that will be the first place for me to go.

I used this self storage for almost a month during my move from SD to Temecula and not only was it very affordable but also the customer service was amazing, Stacy and the Rainbow (Iridian) made it a smooth transition from start to finish. I had to use two spaces 10x12 and 10x10 I called al around and with their move in special and prorated exit before the 10th I saved a couple hundred dollars compared to all the other ones, that is if you don't care about it closing at 7pm which was ok with me I'd recommend this storage to... read more

Big shout outs to Stacy hands down! Calling around the area, Stacy easily stuck out with her customer service! I thank God that she picked up and meeting her was clear to feel the positive vibes. Stacy at All American Self Storage made a huge impact on why I chose this company over others. She is obviously invested in helping clients by understanding storage needs and concerns, selecting the right unit/s and making the process easy.
