Our fireplace has not been working for two years. We were dreading having it looked at because we knew if we had to replace it it would be very costly. Corey our service Technician quickly figured out that it was a bad switch. He replaced the switch and checked the other connections to make sure everything was ok. Then he cleaned and put it back together. He was so knowledgeable and you could see he takes pride in what he does. This company does amazing work! I moved into a condo in the Casey building. I hired them to service my gas fireplace. I had no idea that the glass would become so clear it is basically transparent. I cant recommend them enough.
Few companies operate with the high standards of customer service that All Fuel does. It was quite a wait to get an appointment because they are so popular. They offered competitors they spoke highly of if I couldn't wait. I got a reminder call before the date approached. The tech was friendly and on time. We wanted to have our fireplace going before the holidays and All Fuel's scheduler did her best to make that happen as soon as they had room on their schedule we received a call. I love this company !!! Two years ago All Fuel installed my new gas fireplace and did an awesome job. Today they serviced it and once again, did not disappoint !! The tech spent close to two hours here making sure everything was 100 %. I asked him if there was any way to make my flames taller and he moved around some of the glass rock to do so. This company came highly recommended. The office staff was friendly and on top of everything. I was switching from Propane to Natural gas. After jumping through hoops with Gas company this company was very timely, efficient and the technicians worked hard to get everything connected and running. I would use them again should a need arise.

Jake and Mason (?) showed up on time to install a new gas line and our new stove. They both came wearing masks and were very nice. They explained what they would be doing, communicated throughout and even accommodated our 3.5yr old daughter's constant questions and her toy show & tell! :) They completed the job in about 2 hrs and left the house exactly as they found it.
