The All Fuel team has excellent customer service and very informative representatives who came out to quote and answer all of our questions. I love this company !!! Two years ago All Fuel installed my new gas fireplace and did an awesome job. Today they serviced it and once again, did not disappoint !! The tech spent close to two hours here making sure everything was 100 %. I asked him if there was any way to make my flames taller and he moved around some of the glass rock to do so. This company came highly recommended. The office staff was friendly and on top of everything. I was switching from Propane to Natural gas. After jumping through hoops with Gas company this company was very timely, efficient and the technicians worked hard to get everything connected and running. I would use them again should a need arise.

Jake and Mason (?) showed up on time to install a new gas line and our new stove. They both came wearing masks and were very nice. They explained what they would be doing, communicated throughout and even accommodated our 3.5yr old daughter's constant questions and her toy show & tell! :) They completed the job in about 2 hrs and left the house exactly as they found it. The experience was great from start to finish. We called All Fuel to upgrade the gas line for a new stove installation after Home depot wasn't able to install a new one until we had the connecting pipe upgraded. All Fuel was able to schedule something within a week. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and clear. (A nice change after talking to Home Depot customer service.) All Fuel is a good company. We had a gas fireplace installed. They arrived at the times they scheduled, they were very pleasant to work with and the final job was done on time. The building inspector commented on what a thorough job they did. The price was the same as the initial quote. I would recommend them for others who need installation services.
