This company, rocks! One of the most attentive companies we have ever worked with. They get back to you with text messages, they are on time and do an excellent job! Very professional courteous, and want nothing but for you to be happy and satisfied with the finished results. Also they had the inspector come out next day and we got the green flag everything was done perfectly and are happily building fires now. all fuel installation is great. all fuel (corey) came out recently to service our fireplace and the whole company was great with communication, timeliness, cost of repair, and ease of service. we just had them come out a second time to problem solve another issue, and they not only backed up their work, but also provided easy resolutions and advice on other aspects that most other companies might not have mentioned. much appreciated!

We had an estimate scheduled for All Fuel Installation at our home. We wanted to see about having a screen top placed on the wood burning portion of our dual stack chimney. They recommended that we use a mason to install a terra cotta top piece with screen cover which "would be less expensive and look better" in our particular case since we also have a gas fireplace with its own stack and cover already in place that takes up half of the chimney top. They stand by their work and they come when they say they will. Their front office communication is great (spoke to Melissa on multiple occasions and she was great) and they understand the whole operation. This business operates like a well oiled machine, something that is no small feat these days. The natural gas company (NW natural) and the country inspector said they did a nice job on our bbq and pizza oven install as well. Thanks for a job well done!

First of all, their services are popular in the winter, so plan ahead. But, I will always be loyal to this business after my experience. First, they were understandable and flexible with my own errors on apt dates, which was so my fault. I was afraid to reach out to them to reschedule because I was so at fault. But they called me and it was so nice. They came to my house and the tech was so nice. Bottom line he corrected what was wrong and gave solid advice. Our fireplace has not been working for two years. We were dreading having it looked at because we knew if we had to replace it it would be very costly. Corey our service Technician quickly figured out that it was a bad switch. He replaced the switch and checked the other connections to make sure everything was ok. Then he cleaned and put it back together. He was so knowledgeable and you could see he takes pride in what he does. This company does amazing work! I moved into a condo in the Casey building. I hired them to service my gas fireplace. I had no idea that the glass would become so clear it is basically transparent. I cant recommend them enough.
