Our gas insert looks amazing. They accidentally ordered the wrong screen, but when we were concerned about it not being finished before people came over for Thanksgiving, they brought us a similar decorative front to use until ours arrives. We also missed our fireplace inspector the first time, and all fuel called the city several times to help us reschedule in a timely manner. Even though we had a few hiccups along the way, the customer service was very good and tried to make sure we were happy.

Recently purchase a home that has a gas fireplace insert. All Fuel was responsive quickly, gave us a fair quote via email (no visit needed) and explained what it would cover, warning us of the possible charges that could happen if additionally services were needed depending on what the inside of our fireplace was like. We had three fireplaces that we wanted converted to gas along with an electric oven range that we wanted converted to gas and a gas pipe that we needed to have replaced. I've recently had both a hot water heater and a gas fireplace insert installed. I called All Fuel for an estimate after reading their Yelp reviews. I determined to have them do the work when their estimate came in at approximately 60% of the next lowest estimate. Every step of the process was itemized and explained. Great company! Perry, serviced and "tuned up" my 1994 gas insert fireplace. He cleaned the inside and outside, checked the wiring, spiffed up the firebox, etc. It looks 100% better! Just getting the glass sparkling clean made a big difference

All Fuel rocks. Eric came out to have a look at our poorly functioning gas fireplace, he immediately diagnosed several errors that had been made in the installation. We received two written bids for slightly different ways to remediate the problems, which Eric had clearly explained to us. The installers arrived on time, explained what they were doing, did great work, and cleaned up properly after. Outstanding customer service, a fair price, a great install job. What more could you ask? I definitely would recommend these guys. And, no, I have no relationship whatsoever to the business. I just like to give a shout out to a local business when service is exceptional.
