Yesterday, October 22nd, 2018, Jacob from All Fuel came out to install a gas log set we purchased from the Gas Log Guys. Jacob was very professional, and the installation was spot on. We are so happy with the results. I would highly recommend All Fuel for any gas installations. Thank you, Jacob. You are the best of the best of the best.
Although our technician was a bit late the company called to let us know ahead of time. Alex arrived smiling, was super friendly and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and spoke so highly about his company and how much he enjoys working there which is so refreshing to hear. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
Jason came out to clean our fireplace glass and did a meticulous job. He was super friendly and went out of his way to make our fireplace look like new. We will be using All Fuel regularly going forward.
We had them add a gas line for a new gas range and were completely impressed with their work! From the estimate, through the installation, to the final hook-up their service was excellent. They were very responsive to our needs and worked with our schedules, even showing up late on a Friday afternoon to make sure we had the range working for the weekend. Highly recommend All Fuel!
Top notch service. Alex cleaned and serviced 3 gas fireplaces for me. One was so bad that it set off the fire alarm when I tried to use it. Alex arrived early, cleaned up his work area on each unit after the maintenance, checked for gas and carbon monoxide leaks, did a smoke/aroma check, and explained each step of the process to me. I had them come out to hook up my gas fireplace in the house. These guys are always clean cut, the nicest, friendliest guys. And Sheri is marvelous to talk to. They always come out in a reasonable time, always on time, and do a great job, and a good price. I highly recommend them. When they come to give you a bid, they print it out right there and then, you don't have to wait a month, and then call 4 times waiting, and have the bid double since the other guy recommended by NW Natural Gas is a sub contractor. Really impressed with top notch service. Eric and his team are really knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. I was impressed at how on top of all the details they were. I can imagine it's hard to provide that level of service during a busy time of year, but they never dropped the ball. Really glad I was referred to them!
Our gas insert looks amazing. They accidentally ordered the wrong screen, but when we were concerned about it not being finished before people came over for Thanksgiving, they brought us a similar decorative front to use until ours arrives. We also missed our fireplace inspector the first time, and all fuel called the city several times to help us reschedule in a timely manner. Even though we had a few hiccups along the way, the customer service was very good and tried to make sure we were happy.
Recently purchase a home that has a gas fireplace insert. All Fuel was responsive quickly, gave us a fair quote via email (no visit needed) and explained what it would cover, warning us of the possible charges that could happen if additionally services were needed depending on what the inside of our fireplace was like.
