I couldn't be happier with our new fireplace insert installed by All Fuel. Each of the staff from the office to the installers were extremely responsive, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable, clean, efficient, punctual, flexible and cheerful. We've done countless improvement projects since we bought our first home 25 years ago, and if all contractors were HALF as good to work with as these guys, I would be happy. Huge thanks to Sonia, Eric, Sherri, Scott, Skyler, Robert and Perry. You guys are amazing!
All Fuel came out and installed a set of Real Fyre logs for me. They did a great job, at a good price.
We converted from propane to natural gas and a lot of steps involved with many different entities NW Natural, county inspector, HVAC folks, etc). Eric was very thorough in explaining the process beforehand. Estimates were accurate and quality of work is great. Although the crew couldn't keep the lines pressurized the first time, they addressed my concerns and fixed them quickly. I am satisfied! My only suggestion to them would be to accept credit cards which will make it more convenient for the customers.
So they installed a stove for us. Did a good job, not cheap, but not too bad either. I was very happy with the result.
Summary: I paid All Fuel $189 for them to tell me that an unsafe and hazardous fireplace was fine to use. Then because I trusted their word it cost me an extra $100 on my gas bill, and I exposed myself and my dog to a natural gas leak for a month. All Fuel refused to accept responsibility or take any steps to remedy the situation, other than offering to charge me for another house call and additional parts and labor costs. ............ Called All-Fuel in December about my gas insert. I told them exactly what I thought was wrong with it after I had done extensive testing and research. They indicated that they have a standard cleaning and troubleshooting appointment for $189 where they should be able to fix it, but the next available was in February. Ouch. My bad for waiting til December I guess. I took the appointment. When the tech came in February he did a perfunctory cleaning and troubleshooting and confirmed exactly what I said was wrong with it. I called this company because our gas fireplace valve seemed to be a little loose and we were worried about it not shutting off completely. The office ladies that I spoke with were very pleasant. They had an "estimator" send me an e-mail asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the valve (which seemed sort of odd) and he then asked me to send him a picture of the wall. Called to have an estimate on purchase and installation of pellet stove. Worker showed up and said estimate would follow. Never happened. No trust here

Tom, I think you must have the wrong company as we do not service in the Tillamook area, We are located in Troutdale and that is way out of our service area. We don't service residential customers outside of the Portland Metro area. Also our estimators deliver bids on site as they are equipped with computers and printers and discuss the details of the proposal with you before they leave.
Mixed experience here. I got a wood stove installed, very expensive but pretty comparable to everyone else that bidded. It was around $2200 for the installation. I was impressed with the workers that actually put the wood stove in, very professional and fast. They also went over instructions with me on what to expect during the first few uses.
