Let me start with this- During COVID Times, we, as humans, need to lean on each other to support and provide help in any way we can. Worst experience ever. They charged me twice the amount of my original quote. They broke two expensive items. The one moving guy mentioned his tip at least a dozen times. They moved slow. It took me 35 minutes to get from one location to the next. Took them 80. Took a 20 minute smoke break after they swiped my card, and more issues. I've emailed and called them with no response. Don't ever use this company.
If you ever have to move, stay as far away from All My Sons Moving as you possibly can. We moved in yesterday. Our fridge is still in pieces. Not a single bed is put together. They lost a bunch of screws and brackets. Half our furniture is seriously damaged 2 of our book shelves are broken beyond repair and need to be thrown away. Washer and dryer still in the garage. Close the doors and go out of business. This is not fixable
I paid a $250 deposit for all my sons moving company to move us on the 27th of April. The moving crew showed up late asked me some questions and then left. When I called the office the manager said the crew was not comfortable because my dog was locked in my bedroom and I told them I would move her into the bathroom before they started in the bedroom. This was the absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The sales experience portion was great but once they made the sale I did not hear from the company, even after I emailed them. And then I had to call them to confirm my moving date the week of my move. I requested to have them come at 2:30pm and they told me that would be fine (on two separate occasions). You can tell a lot about a company based on how they handle a situation… All My Sons is not a company I can recommend to anyone in good conscious. Their insurance is a scam and the company will do everything to ghost and ignore you. Six months to even get a semblance of a resolution. Stick to your quote! We were quoted $3274.50 and were charged $5,042.73 which was 54% higher than the quote! When the driver submitted the final invoice we were shocked to say the least and were told that they wouldn't be able to off-load our belongings until we signed the invoice, which they were in essence holding our property hostage. They lied, tried to cancel at the last minute. They said my belongings would be stored on the truck over the weekend. They delivered in a different truck. Crew claimed missing belongings would be delivered next business day. They promised delivery on 3 different days and no showed each time. They are thieves and liars. Run away.
