ABSOLUTELY avoid at ALL COST!!!!! Explain how it costs $1500 to move a 1 bedroom apartment that was already boxed from Dallas to Frisco????? The original quote was close to $700. I agreed although we previously paid $400 to move from a 3rd story apartment to a first floor in Dallas but the same distance. Absolutely NO STARS. The worst moving company I have ever used. And I've moved many times! They didn't finish the job of moving my 2 bedroom apartment the first day; so I had to hire them again the next day. They charged me more for 1/2 day the second day than all day the first day! They demanded payment in cash ahead of time, then left my bed and couch outside (it RAINED the next day!) and left the job without even telling me. They REFUSED to make it right! A one bedroom move cost me $1500 please run form this dishonest company. Paid for 3 guys they sent two men and a woman. Movers were slow and they were taking personal calls on their phones. Please take your hard earn money elsewhere. My son even help to try to speed the process up. Management was notified but did nothing. They have taken complete advantage of me. We had major issues with how they packed our items. Picture frames under shoes and books. Shoes under heavy books. Computer monitor at the bottom of a wardrobe box that was fully packed. Thankfully, nothing broke. In addition, the crew didn't fully move all of our items. They left behind our patio furniture, mirror, and three small boxes. Scammers and thieves! Ruined all of my furniture, charged me triple my quote, took 7 hours to move a studio apartment 30 mins away. Absolutely wasted my time and stole my money. Offered me $70 for ruining my brand new white couch that THEY wrapped and packed themselves. Horrible customer service. Untrustworthy employees. Awful service and awful company. Do NOT use them.

I wished I had came to these reviews first before I even dealt with this company!! They overcharge you for local moving it took them 20 mins to get my things out the storage and about 30 to bring them in my home which is an apartment, as the mover was telling me my payment options and price I saw 569 now remind yall that I didnt have much stuff to move at all because most of my belongings were moved in my car so Im telling the person I spoke to that this information of all these crazy fees were not told to me when I first bo... read more

I booked a same day move and they immediately charged my credit card then called back to advise it would be Sunday between 1-3pm. I said ok but they didn't show Sunday. Tried to call after 3pm but no one would answer. Called every DFW location until I got Josh. He promised me a call back. Nothing! Called more DFW offices and got another promised call back. Nothing! I will never use this scammy, shady, awful moving service again. I have used Mustang Movers in the past and decided to switch it up. All My Sons cost over $800 to move from a 1.5 bedroom apartment in Dallas to a 1.5 bedroom townhouse about 20 minutes away. They were not responsive at all. They showed up FIVE HOURS late, and I only got an ETA (which was wrong twice) after calling them repeatedly. There were supposed to be four movers and they only sent three. These guys are a horrible company. They do not even talk to you about your move without accepting a $100 deposit, and on top of that, are very rude on the telephone. Mason, who took my money, then ended up hanging up on me. I also spoke with Caleb, and Austin, we're all equally rude on the telephone. They also rip you off and do not tell you all that you are eligible for, and give you a terrible rate initially, but then there are easily able to drop the right substantially, and play a lot of games. Stay away.
