READ THE LIABILITY SECTION CAREFULLY. I originally gave this company 5 stars despite the unprofessional staff that complained throughout the entire process even after I warned them ahead of time the elevator in our new place did not work. This was the entire reason we hired movers but I let it slide because I understand it was unpleasant. I used this company to move me out of my 742 sq ft apartment. It took them 3 1/2 hours and they charged $750. They were not able to dissemble my bed as they did not have the necessary tools, so I would have to re hire them to get it out. My movers were great this company isn't, a lot of add on fees and ridiculous pricing. Find another company.

This company is a rip off. It does not take 3 hours to move a one bedroom apartment with everything already packed. All was needed was to remove and load . The driver went to wrong storage with took more time to get to the right one bringing me to my 3 hour. Charged me that extra hour so from $ 682 to $882 on their mistake. Please do not use this company. They are the most slow, unprofessional, horrible moving company I have ever experienced. They showed up a hour late and then spent most of their time talking and taking smoke breaks. 30 minutes into the move they approached me about a tip. The time they were actually working was wrapping my stuff excessively to ensure they would need more time and material so they could charge me more. Read the full itemization of your agreement. They charged for services never rendered and items /rooms in my home that weren't even entered into, let alone actually moved. When questioned they refused to correct the estimate and we were grossly charged. Cut off the snakes head because after the many conversations, corporate doesn't care that the sales people violate disclosures. I should have checked yelp first. Never again.

They don't do background checks or drug tests for the movers and there is zero training. Your movers will smoke weed in the trucks and steal from you. They should have a person in management supervising every move.

Whatever you do, do not use All My Sons Moving. As shown by the horrible reviews, this company is the biggest scam. Whatever they quote you, make sure you're aware they'll tack on an additional $300 for no reason. These guys had to move three pieces of furniture. Three. And with that, they still managed to damage two of the three items. They broke my dresser from holding it by the top and put together my bed incorrectly. I chose this moving company because they looked like a reputable service provider. In what was only a 5 mile move the company managed to dent the front of my refrigerator, ruin my sofa, and lose a box of clothing. Amazing loss rate! But that's not the biggest disappointment. Calling attention to the losses, the general manager is now telling me that they cant help me because I didn't take out sufficient insurance. DO NOT EVER HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY. They moved our house in December and did $10K worth of damage to our furniture and household items. The crew showed up without any tools to move appliances. They broke our master bed frame, broke our reclining couch, it no longer reclines, they put a huge tear in the couch leather, put a divet in our coffee table, put a massive chip in our brand new marble countertop and lost/broke several of our lamps and personal items.
