Worked hard to get the job done.
I was very impressed with All My Sons Moving for my move. They were conscientious of all our belongings. They were also careful to not damage the homes being moved out of and into. Chris, the driver-foreman, was forward thinking whenever he saw a potential problem. Meaning, he would take care of it by laying down padding in an area he thought would become slippery from the rain, cover doors and corners with padding, lay down padding on floors to protect the finish, wrap all furniture prior to moving, etc., before it became a... read more

They did a great job, but considering the high cost they sure missed a lot of things. On the walk-around I had to identify a large number of missed items, and they still missed 2 entire drawers. Also, they used (and charged for) their own boxes even though we had a huge stack just waiting for them. Other than that, though, I was very happy with the speed and efficacy of their work, and having their own truck was a huge plus!
Was quoted a price after I described what my move would entail, including the fact that I had many plants to move. Movers come and break the legs off my cabinet within the first hour. Then I get told that they don?t handle plants. I said ?excuse me?? I explained to them that I was specifically told that my plants would get moved. So he made a call and begrudgingly told the other movers to pack my plants up. I told them to be careful, but they didn?t listen. Killed three of my plants and I was visibly and audibly angry. The most stressful and horrible experience. I will never use this company again.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage and would strongly caution others before using them. We paid extra for insurance coverage specifically to protect our belongings, yet our move resulted in significant damage to high-value furniture, including a bed valued at approximately $5,000 and a custom table worth around $500. The movers had great attitudes and worked very hard. That is where the good experience ends. Logistically it was terrible because of pricing. Which I heard from other bad reviews. This part is true. They quoted me at $1400 and it ended up being $2300 after me working it down from $2800 400 dollars worth of materials for a 2 bedroom house. When asked what materials they used it wqs 2 rolls of tape, 2 rolls of bubble wrap, and a roll of furniture wrap. This is a ridiculous materials charge for a small 1100 sqf house. I hire... read more
