The actual movers were great, no complaints. The problem is that the salesperson did a bait and switch. After describing the move, I was told that two movers could do the job in 3 or 4 hours. 3 days before the move, the dispatcher called to confirm details and tells me he will not send two people because the job requires 4. He is right and 4 people took about 4 hours, but the rate was nearly doubled. If I had known that the rate would have been what it was, I would have kept shopping. Bait and switch should be illegal.
Save your time and money avoid them. Not honest, not upfront, you will end up paying more and billed incorrectly.
Too many hidden costs.
My advice is to have someone managing the job with a very watchful eye? Confirming accurate start and stop times, travel times between distances, speed limit allowances for what the truck is allowed to drive, and being extremely clear about what stays vs what goes? Do they take lunch breaks? If so, will that push the total time frame into overtime charges for me? Etc. The clock is ticking from the moment they arrive so every second counts.

Beware!!! All My Sons is a horrible moving company! They pulled a bait and switch on us. We were told we needed a second truck for our first move about halfway through it. They told us it would be $349 for both trucks and movers. Once the bill was paid, they charged too much and refuse to repay us the difference. We have been trying to receive a response and refund since JUNE 2019 and they continue to ignore our calls, do not return emails, and are highly inconsistent. When I talked to the Manager I was not informed about the extra fees they would charge me after the move was completed. Not informed about the fuel charge, packing materials, (mirror cartons, shrink wrap, or tape), which they said they would do but did not say they would charge me for this. Other moving companies do not charge a fee for those items. They took their time shrink wrapping and loading. They also charged me extra say I had extra boxes!
