Beware!!! All My Sons is a horrible moving company! They pulled a bait and switch on us. We were told we needed a second truck for our first move about halfway through it. They told us it would be $349 for both trucks and movers. Once the bill was paid, they charged too much and refuse to repay us the difference. We have been trying to receive a response and refund since JUNE 2019 and they continue to ignore our calls, do not return emails, and are highly inconsistent. When I talked to the Manager I was not informed about the extra fees they would charge me after the move was completed. Not informed about the fuel charge, packing materials, (mirror cartons, shrink wrap, or tape), which they said they would do but did not say they would charge me for this. Other moving companies do not charge a fee for those items. They took their time shrink wrapping and loading. They also charged me extra say I had extra boxes! This company is terrible. I would have rather hired some day laborers in the very famous home appliance store parking lot and got better service. They showed up without the right moving equipment. They broke several items and took a lot longer than needed to move a 1 BR apt 2 blocks away. Charged me over $1k for lousy service and will not pay for items they damaged due to negligence. No one at All My Sons would even get on the phone to discuss. Go with another moving company or some other competitor for less money and better... read more
