The movers damaged several moldings, walls, and a door in our brand new house when moving our belongings. They joked around about hitting a light fixture over and over. The lead, Tyler, pressed us for tips even after the aforementioned damage occurred. They dumped the contents of many drawers into boxes instead of packing properly. I was overcharged for the services I asked for and my item was damaged.
Our experience started out fine and then when they were an hour later than the latest time given and they broke out bed, it all went poor. I didn't realize they broke our bed until later that night. I tipped them generously. I emailed the team, and no one ever answered. This company sucks and will tell you one price and then change it when you meet with them in person. Waste of money.
Smoked weed in the apartment, damaged items, broke dishes, charged 400 dollars more than first told, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BOOK THEM! The movers themselves were hard working, however the office was terrible. I originally called to get a quote and was quoted under $1K I let the rep know I was going to search around and also pull a loan for a little above that amount to give me some cushion. I have a broken dyson and a couch that is completely messed up on each bottom piece. When you submit a claim they will only offer you your deposit of $100 as a � settlement� . I would RUN from this company and use someone else. Oh also the mover asked if I was single as I am by myself moving. RUN far from this company. There are many others in Denver!
The movers for All My Sons were excellent. They were very respectful and efficient. However the reason for my rating was the headaches of the Customer Experience Team. I was quoted at a lower price than was promised, and when I brought this up I was met with hostility and stated they could not give me the price promised. We moved on Saturday 4/27/2024 from a condo to a house and had a terrible experience using All My Sons Denver. Below is a recap of everything that went wrong. Damage to property: Perhaps most frustrating of all is that I was left with a HUGE scrape in my wood floor that spanned the length of my entire condo. Just had some moving done by All My Sons Moving. Andrew Buck and his crew were great - they were efficient and took care of my furniture and household items. The company office staff was the opposite: confusing, wasting time, and bait n switch approach - they charged me way more than i was quoted. Use another company.
