This company is terrible. I would have rather hired some day laborers in the very famous home appliance store parking lot and got better service. They showed up without the right moving equipment. They broke several items and took a lot longer than needed to move a 1 BR apt 2 blocks away. Charged me over $1k for lousy service and will not pay for items they damaged due to negligence. Over priced. They send 3 people but they are slow and inefficient.
Call someone else; anyone else. This company's hourly rate is higher than pretty much any other moving company and they overcharged by two hours, which I was able to dispute, but had to do it through my credit card company. Their customer service department would not even respond to my emails or phone calls regarding the mistake. They damaged, albeit only slightly, three items. Crew was nice enough but were more interested in chatting and doing paperwork that effectuating an efficient move.
