They billed me for 830 but didn?t start working till nine then they build me an hour for lunch then they build me 30 minutes at the end of the project. They billed an incorrect rate for the gas after speaking to them .an incorrect rate for the gas after speaking to them about these many errors. They stated they would refund some of it. then when I called after a few days, they still hadn?t taken care of it.

I am posting this review in hopes that someone at All My Sons will finally address my concerns. My moving experience was extremely disappointing. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged during the move, and the movers also caused damage to my boyfriend?s home, including damage to walls, a door, and hardwood floors. The move felt disorganized and unprofessional. One mover told me it was only his third day on the job. First of all, they arrived 2 hours late. We had a small job- 3 beds, 3 dressers, 2 couches, and a console table. No boxes. Not even a full house of furniture. We had been quoted $1200 since we were going to have 3 guys and our move was smaller. They moved incredibly slow to drive up the hourly price and the move took all day long. Overall, they got the job completed. The for sure get paid by the hour, so no rush to get it completed. I brought a big portion of the big items out to the truck myself. They dropped my couch causing recliner function not to work properly now. They put a big dent in my metal front door with the fridge. All this and absolutely no care about the damages. I strongly do not recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage. I truly wish I had read the reviews before booking with them, because my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was highly unprofessional and clearly lacked proper training. They did not know how to correctly use moving equipment or handle furniture with care. As a result, several of my items were damaged?including a broken mirror from my dresser?and multiple walls in my home were scratched. They damaged numerous items including my brand new refrigerator, ruined my 75? flat screen tv, damaged my home trying to move items in. Horrible experience. Would not hire them again. They charged me $3,100 to move me but damaged my property in the process. Would have been better off moving everything ourselves.

Just be aware of hidden fees associated with mileage. It?s not shared with you when getting a quote, only when you pay the deposit. I scheduled my move for 9:00 AM, but the crew called saying they'd arrive at 8:00 AM and ultimately started closer to 9. They quoted $230/hour, yet by 1:00 PM I was handed a surprise bill over $2,000?including unexplained fees and a $100 deposit that didn?t count toward the total. I was told the truck wouldn?t be unloaded unless I paid in full, and a call to the office didn?t help. Terrible experience with All My Sons Moving. Every time I spoke with them, it was like starting over?they didn?t have any previous info I had given them. We only moved one bedroom?s worth of furniture (bed, couch, desk, chairs, nightstands, and a few boxes), yet it somehow took almost 8 hours and cost me $1,500.
