They broke my table and refused to pay. I was made aware of the break by the mover after he induced me to sign the delivery paperwork prior to bringing the final piece (table) in. NOT RECOMMENDED!
One of their movers cracked my touch screen desktop computer and called the company to report it for us immediately. After the move was complete, this so called "company" did everything in their power to NOT fairly settle with us, and finally only offered us $25 to fix our desktop computer!!! The moving men are really nice, but the office is corrupt....DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
I wrote a good review but after I got my cc statement I see after paying 100.00 deposit and signing off with 483.00 my credit card was charged 860.00 . I moved a couple years ago from spring tx to Tyler tx charged only 989.00 that is a 4 hour drive. I’m truly disappointed in my choice of moving company I chose here in house. Senior citizen 84 years old . They need to put in writing as close to cost in writing before not after.
I definitely do not recommend these people for nothing they came out to my storage facility to move my furniture for one thing they sent some young boys out looked like they were off a street corner and when the got there I had to leave and it was on a Friday so they call and said it was a dead mice in my storage ok so they left and the my things in my storage any kind of way so please guys if you get these guys you better stay there with them and watch them and your belongings because those boys looked like some gangstas.. ... read more
Showed up 2 hours late, without calling to update and let me know they'd be late. Two high school kids and an adult, the adult sat in the truck the last 45 minutes and wasn't moving anything. They left tons of my belongings inside of the house, and despite taking the time to label and instruct where to put boxes and furniture, they dropped EVERYTHING in my kitchen and living room. The truck was nowhere near full and they rushed me to get out of my previous home without a walkthrough to see all of the things they left. I HELP... read more

This business is awful!!! My mother-in-law’s RV was totaled so AMS movers came to move all of her stuff out of her old RV into a storage facility less than a mile down the road. The 2 kid movers who were sent out were like bulls in a china closet. While trying to get the refrigerator out of the RV, the cut the water line as well as the wires for the ice maker. The door cracked as well. The manager called during the process and spoke to my mother-in-law as well as the lead mover. He said he would get all of the info and help... read more

I’m giving All my sons 1 star for the LIES “ BIG FAT LIES” they tell you get you to pay the deposit and use their company. On 11/30/18 . I spoke with maybe 4-5 different people before going against my own wish and using their services . The 3rd guy I spoke with stated that he would charge a flat rate because my move was during traffic hours... LIES. My move was from Crosby fwy to Missouri City during 5 o’clock traffic, it took us 1and 15 mins to get to the storage to which I paid had to pay for.Once I paid the $250 deposit ... read more

they were supposed move 1 hr, drive 1 hr & unload 1 hr, for $39? total counting driving 2 hrs & 20 mins then tried to charge $591 & wouldn't move my reridge into house, & threatened to lock up truck w/ my stuff unless I paid!!! I will see them in court, I Recorded EVERYTHING
