The worst moving company ever! Missed their delivery time by 1.5 hours. Delivery was scheduled for a Sunday evening so I had to cancel the move and the service. No customer service. Driver didn't care and the dispatch lady didn't care. Ruined my whole move and now stuck with no movers and no move date. Do not use this service

Oh where to start. I started working for all my sons in august of 2014. On april 28 2016 i got a call from my boss. Our branch was being shut down, no severance pay, nothing. Basically " hey thanks for your almost two years of dedication, but you and 13 others are bow unemployed". So for anyone that wants to hire these people READ THIS. 1. I had scheduled an appointment for today and I received a call at 8:00am from the estimator asking if we could move our appointment up 3 hours. I told him that I already had another appointment at that time and asked if our original appointment would still work. He huffed and proceeded to tell me that he would now have to find something to do between his appointments and was very rude. After getting off the phone with him, I decided that I ... read more

I regret the day we ever dialed their number!!! 3 weeks after our move, and we are still finding broken/damaged/missing items. On a whim, hubby decided to schedule them at 11am. We actually didn't need them until 1pm, which is when they showed up- two hours late... So that part worked out, even though they didn't realize it! All 5 "men" had hateful attitudes and used bad language around my children. Very SLOW workers of course since they are paid by the hour! Not expecting a response... They get your $$ and then no call back. Below is the email I have asked for a response to several times over the past week. My email I can not get s response to: I just want to say that I was obviously thoroughly impressed with the 3 guys you sent to move me in March from Conroe to Spring.
