Movers were quick and efficient. The driver lied and said they were there for 2.5 hrs and that they had to pack materials and we were charged for them. We were also charged a travel charge. They did not take our stuff anywhere except for downstairs. We were never told about those charges. That is totally absurd. Your company is taken advantage. Will not recommend your services to anyone.

The movers were good but the price to move me right up the street was absolutely ridiculous no one told me I would be charged for tape and 2 boxes $150 for gas $136 for time and travel and $98 for tape and a few boxes is absurd! I will never use or refer anyone to yall smh

This move was from one apartment to another in same complex. Movers did not wrap or protect anything. They almost had the Truck loaded and I get a call from the office that they are not going to move me and were taking everything back to the apartment. They saw a bug and were not going back in. Yet they wanted to put everything back in the apartment. I asked them to at least load the mattress and the couch but they said no. They did not complete everything that was promised. They charged for six rolls of tape, where they never finished a single role, they would use part of a roll, and then grab a new one. They charged me for a bed cover that was never used. I was charged $50 for a roll of shrink wrap that again was only partially used.

I will start by saying the movers themselves were great. The business as a whole is wildly overpriced. Regret using them instead of shopping around

1st, there was a miscommunication. While I was n the kitchen, I told them that none of those appliances would be going. By the time they finished, I realized they had not loaded up the washer and dryer. Then, they told me that I said no appliances. So, they left w/o them. Then when bringing boxes into the house, the door facing is deeply scratched. I asked that my bedroom furniture be protected. I saw them wrapping the furniture in plastic wrap. My husband had a stroke. He was unable to help me. I was in a pickle. I lived in an apartment on the second floor. It was not ideal and I hesitated to write a review. Because I know it was challenging. But every time I look at my damaged furniture and damaged walls in my brand new house it makes me sick. It is no excuse for the amount of damage that was done.
