Truly unsatisfied, I originally had plans to go with a different moving company and the sales rep convinced me to use All My Sons Moving, I was told there would be a straight fee of 169.00 per hour which was $10.00 more an hour than my previous movers but what got me was "there is no travel" charge and that was added into the hourly charge. Yesterday was the first and last time I will ever use this company. The service I received was extremely poor.

These people are a fucking rip off!! They charged me $795 for 3 fucking hours. All they did was a partial move which was 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 game room. The only thing they had to move in these rooms were the beds, dressers, 3 tv's, and some couches. It took them 3hrs just to wrap everything. I'm so fucking pissed off!!! Customer Service is a joke to these people. NEVER AGAIN!!
Terrible service. Our family was helping my stepmom move after my fathers untimely passing. We booked them for an 11 am move when we called at 11:30 they said they would be there at 1. When we called after 1pm they said they might be there around 3. We sat around waiting on them all morning then ended up moving everything ourselves. Then they had the nerve to argue with us about a refund for the deposit we already paid when it was their fault we were not receiving the service the deposit was supposed to reserve.
