The crew that showed up were great. Patrick, Jared W., and Ken were very professional, fast and courteous. They packed up fast and loaded everything for us. I have no complaints about the moving crew. I give them 5 stars. My one complaint that I do have is about the sales rep Ryan. I would give him no stars if that was an option. I was only supposed to pay for three things according to the email he sent me for a quote. Completely unacceptable. Told the customer service rep that we needed to move from a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 1st floor to the *second* floor of a house. They sent a 2-man crew and apparently told them it was a 1st floor to 1st floor move, a fact we didn't discover until we got to the house. Progress was extremely slow, and the lead stepped out several times to do something on his phone for five minutes at a time while his assistant, who was far more eager to work, wrapped and loaded on his own. One word to prepare you for choosing this company: FEES! Do yourselves a favor and go with another company. It will be cheaper. This company charges to get to your home, plus.

Liers, get your quote in writing!!! They will scam you on pricing by leaving information out until your stuff is on the truck and invoice completed, you will have to pay them put a cc on file or basically lose everything you've worked for. Don't use this company...Bad business practices
There should be a zero star rating because that is what this company deserves. I have used different moving companies in the past, and this one is the worst yet by far. PSA: if you live in the Spring, TX area you should steer clear of this company. The workers were incredibly slow, I even had to pitch in and help just to get moving. Our experience was the worst ever, scheduled to arrive by no later than 9:30 and when we finally called we were told that they were fueling up and it would take time due to the amount of trucks fueling up, two hours passed and still no movers so we called again and were told there had been a medical emergency so they transferred the job to another location an hour and a half away.
