The moving crews are claimed to be experienced, but showed little care about the articles and dropped the Piaono. Even after I have warning to both their supervisor on the phone and crew before they started the piano. And would not answer the phone, of course after the incident. Contrary from the sales and estimator pitch of how good and experiences their crew training program is.
The men showed up on time but that is the only positive I can give. They were not able to pack everything into the truck, the guys were really slow. The cost was extremely high. I will use a different company if/when we move in the future
What had previously took other companies less time to move more furniture took these guys almost 2 hrs longer. They were packing things while I was cleaning and not paying close attention to them that they were not supposed to pack. The only extra packing should have been my lamps that I decided to not carry in my car to the storage building. They would also get lost for a long time when loading the van. Horrible experience. I was charged 3x the price of other moving companies and I had my expensive headphones go missing after the move. The customer service group was difficult to work with and never tried to resolve the issue. Will never use this company again.
They charged us more than the quote for the 5 hours work. They also refused to leave until we paid them. When I complained to the management, they did not take care of the problem. Don't use them unless you want to pay more than you anticipate.
An overall disappointment and much heartache.
This company had inexperienced movers. One man stayed on the phone instead of working. They broke many of our valuables by dropping boxes! I was overcharged! They did not stand by their services and it was a nightmare dealing with them. They did not reimburse us for our many broken items (due to drop page by their untrained worker)
