Terrible service. Our family was helping my stepmom move after my fathers untimely passing. We booked them for an 11 am move when we called at 11:30 they said they would be there at 1. When we called after 1pm they said they might be there around 3. We sat around waiting on them all morning then ended up moving everything ourselves. Then they had the nerve to argue with us about a refund for the deposit we already paid when it was their fault we were not receiving the service the deposit was supposed to reserve. Worst moving company EVER!!! please please take my words very seriously. They do NOT care about your belongings. If you want a home full of broken stuff, this is the company for you!!!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I had $25,000 of estate jewelry stolen during the move. I filed a police report, but yet am unable to get any money from the company because they ARE NOT INSURED!! Their website might lead you to believe otherwise. I also have a BBB complaint against them which they did not resolve. Note - they are NOT BBB accredited. We are currently pursuing legal action with the help of my insurance company, but it is impossible to replace the estate jewelry and fami... read more
