Oh my gosh, never again! I called 2-3 weeks before my move, and asked for "1st move of the day". When they called to confirm I was told my time was from 12:00 - 4:00. I should have cancelled at that point. I was given no reason why I did not get 1st thing, it seemed like it was a take it or leave it situation. On my move day, I called several times throughout the day checking for an ETA on my movers, and was told by 3:00, then by 4:00, they showed up at 5:30 PM. I would never recommend this moving company. They were slow, smoked in our driveway several times and didn't move everything that we asked them too. We weren't there when they took the last load so didn't know it until we went back to clean the next day. It took them two loads and should of only taken one but that is how they make money since it is by the hour. The guy in charge was very unprofessional!!!!
Worse experience ever!!!!!!!! We booked this company 2 weeks before our scheduled move, I had a verbal and email confirmation the day before the move. They told me that they would call between 7:30 & 9:00 A.M, and would be out within that time period. By 8:55 that morning, I had heard NOTHING. I will never use them again. Their movers were slow, inappropriate and I am pretty sure they ate some food out of our freezer. They also dented the fridge and didn't say a word about it. I noticed after they left as well as the dented door. Their office gave me the run around for a month and then finally contacted me after I made a BBB complaint.
