Totally left hanging. Supposed to be there at 9am and didn't get a call till 3pm that they weren't coming. Then told that they probably couldn't get me tomorrow either. What the heck am I supposed to do? This moving company will tell you that you are on 2 run regardless if they have the staff to actually move you that day. I'm used other companies with no serious issues and this one pretty much told me to shove off. I'm appalled how unhelpful Doug in the McKinney branch was. TERRRIBLE!!!!!!! I keep finding things they scratched or broke during our move and tried to hide (the latest item I found is a wood bedframe I had not yet put together that is RUINED from either when they took it apart, or else during the move, not to mention other nice items scratched beyond repair, as well as tearing up our walls both in the old and new house). A friend of mine just used them (I had no idea until after they booked!) and they were also VERY displeased and also had many items damaged.

Do not use this moving company. Moving with All My Sons was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. When I made the appointment, I was told that the move would occur on Saturday afternoon. Lo and behold, I get a call at 7 am saying that they have a crew ready to come. I reiterated that we had agreed on Saturday afternoon, and told them I could be ready by 9:30. First, let me point you to excellent movers.... AB Moving. Now on to All my Sons... Update: I find it funny that that are now the "Official Movers of the Dallas Cowboys". Now that they have a big name behind them, they have all the more reason to screw you over in favor of DC. Such a Rip-off..I would never use or recommend this company. 1) We were charged for an hour for the truck from All My Sons McKinney store to come to our home. 2)They came late but the employee says please write down as promised so they would not be in trouble. So we donated 30 minutes for being late. 3) They finished at 1:30 PM and but wrote down 2:00 PM because employees were packing their blankets and tools. Very disappointed in my experience with All My Sons. I was in Florida on a trip and my wife was home waiting on the movers and they called me and told me they didn't have people show up to move me, after assuring me the day before when I spoke with them that everything was in place and their movers would be there at 7 AM. I had to book an early flight home in order to be able to get back home on Saturday and get a Uhaul for the weekend and move myself. Worst move in my entire life with this company. Do not use them! They lie about the charges, will not give you a hard copy of the move, make you pay before they unload , They doubled my charges that I was quoted and then threatened to stop loading if I didn't agree. This comes from the office in Mckinney. As I read other complaints , I see this is their practice. They hold their costumers hostage with their items. We ended up paying 5100.00 for a quote of 2600.00 and still had to rent a uhaul to get the remaining items... read more

I would have to say this is one of the worst moving companies out there. I don't understand how they are in business. We moved to TX and had some storage in pods and they moved our stuff everything was fine. So we decided to call them again and ask them to move our stuff once more from our apt to our new home. I called and texted the guy and he said OK he will meet me 10 am to move our stuff and quoted me a price. Well moving day comes and he doesn't show.
