Such a Rip-off..I would never use or recommend this company. 1) We were charged for an hour for the truck from All My Sons McKinney store to come to our home. 2)They came late but the employee says please write down as promised so they would not be in trouble. So we donated 30 minutes for being late. 3) They finished at 1:30 PM and but wrote down 2:00 PM because employees were packing their blankets and tools. Very disappointed in my experience with All My Sons. I was in Florida on a trip and my wife was home waiting on the movers and they called me and told me they didn't have people show up to move me, after assuring me the day before when I spoke with them that everything was in place and their movers would be there at 7 AM. I had to book an early flight home in order to be able to get back home on Saturday and get a Uhaul for the weekend and move myself. Worst move in my entire life with this company. Do not use them! They lie about the charges, will not give you a hard copy of the move, make you pay before they unload , They doubled my charges that I was quoted and then threatened to stop loading if I didn't agree. This comes from the office in Mckinney. As I read other complaints , I see this is their practice. They hold their costumers hostage with their items. We ended up paying 5100.00 for a quote of 2600.00 and still had to rent a uhaul to get the remaining items... read more

I would have to say this is one of the worst moving companies out there. I don't understand how they are in business. We moved to TX and had some storage in pods and they moved our stuff everything was fine. So we decided to call them again and ask them to move our stuff once more from our apt to our new home. I called and texted the guy and he said OK he will meet me 10 am to move our stuff and quoted me a price. Well moving day comes and he doesn't show. Most unprofessional moving company that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use this company. There are so many other reputable moving companies in the area. I was forced to deal with All My Sons of McKinney due the industry that I am in. They moved someone for our company and we were price gouged beyond belief. An apartment move should NEVER cost over $1300. The average apartment move costs anywhere between $300-$600. The highest invoice I have ever seen for an apartment move was $758. I called them for a quote and told them I would be making the choice in about a month. I told them I did not want any calls before then due to being busy. I got 9 calls with in 2 weeks to include a call the very next day. If they can't follow very simple instructions about phone calls, how are they going to follow instructions on household goods?

I used All My Sons because my sister moved them and my mom and her were like they were awesome so fast! So these two guys show up and one is a manager and very professional another is this lazy kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing. My whole apartment was packed up ready to go they just had to dis assemble the bed and wrap the tables and couch and move it ..... Well it took them FOUR HOURS just to get my things in the truck! This is literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only was their service horrible the day of. They did not show up when they said and their employees were lazy and took forever. Even worse than the move was the customer service I received when I tried to call back in. A move that was supposed to take 4 hours, took 9 and all they said was sometimes you get bad service. Yep, you heard that right, that was a "manager" speaking.
