Horrific experience with all my sons movers.. They mishandled and broke my furniture. I'm incredibly upset by the way things went down. Beware.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. They were absolutely horrible. You can't get a quote online like most companies and once you speak with them, they call you 3-4x/day until you either book with them or decline. They were the only company we contacted that charged a deposit ($200). The quote was for four hours for two men @ $99/hour plus one-time fuel charge and a $99 travel charge. They didn't tell me they charged for tape, wrap, etc. until they arrived to load up. No moving company charges for that (at lea... read more

Worst moving company in the DFW area. They moved my bedroom suite and refrigerator and damaged 5 out of the 6 items. The movers took picture's and said they have a repair company that they work with and will get with the office and schedule the repairs. I called the office and they said that is incorrect information and that I need to take pictures and send to them to review. Here are the facts about my move: 1. Richard with All My Sons visited and estimated the job at $1200 and it ultimately cost $1320. 2. The movers were to show up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on 9/29. They arrived at 4 p.m., and they arrived tired, hungry, and without rest/sleep (this was the movers testimony) for several of the previous nights d/t their 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. work schedule. 3. If I could give the ZERO stars I would! Scheduled our Saturday move on the Thursday prior. Movers called Saturday and said they would arrive between 11am-5pm. At 1pm they called and said , we are over booked and can't move you today. This company says they treat their customers like family. They sure do, they treat you like a RED HEADED STEP CHILD!!

EXPENSIVE!!! Over $1,000 charged to move 3 bedroom home (furniture only). This did not include any packed boxes, clothes or an office. Just 3 bedrooms and a living room plus a fridge. They charge a fuel surcharge that has nothing to do with the travel during the move. It is a ripoff. They also try to charge you for the time it takes to get to your home and time it takes for them to leave your home and get to the next destination. DOUBLE DIPPING!! This is a terrible moving company. Poorly operated and VERY overpriced for the level of customer service they provide. We put down a $100 deposit just to schedule our moving day, when the day arrived we had to call them because no one showed up. At this point the supervisor let us know that we had not confirmed our move with them (a $100 deposited should be enough confirmation). Absolutely the WORST moving experience of my life!! Run do not walk away from All My Sons...I hired (like an idiot) AMS to move me and my family from our 4 bedroom house in Frisco to our newly built 5 bedroom home in Prosper. Included in my quote was not only moving all of our belongings and furniture out of our home but also the pick up and move of multiple boxes and storage bins from our storage facility. This is the absolute worst moving companies I have ever experienced. Called us less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to move and cancelled because a couple of their guys called in sick (which is already horrible practice if your entire business revolves around the availability of a few people) and literally left us to scramble and find a new moving company the night before.
