Most unprofessional moving company that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use this company. There are so many other reputable moving companies in the area. I was forced to deal with All My Sons of McKinney due the industry that I am in. They moved someone for our company and we were price gouged beyond belief. I called them for a quote and told them I would be making the choice in about a month. I told them I did not want any calls before then due to being busy. I got 9 calls with in 2 weeks to include a call the very next day. If they can't follow very simple instructions about phone calls, how are they going to follow instructions on household goods?

I used All My Sons because my sister moved them and my mom and her were like they were awesome so fast! So these two guys show up and one is a manager and very professional another is this lazy kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing. My whole apartment was packed up ready to go they just had to dis assemble the bed and wrap the tables and couch and move it ..... Well it took them FOUR HOURS just to get my things in the truck! This is literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only was their service horrible the day of. They did not show up when they said and their employees were lazy and took forever. Even worse than the move was the customer service I received when I tried to call back in. A move that was supposed to take 4 hours, took 9 and all they said was sometimes you get bad service. Yep, you heard that right, that was a "manager" speaking.

I am heartbroken. We are already in a tough position having to move in with my mom who is in hospice, but now I have to deal with filing a claim with this company. The move did not go at all like we were told it would, I would not recommend All My Sons at all. They cracked our big screen TV and chipped several pieces of our furniture. I'm sure we won't get anything close to what we paid. Also, I wrote an email stating my displeasure as well as called. This was the absolutely worst company EVER. We were quoted a price for moving my mother in law over the phone and then once the movers showed up, they didn't even bring a big enough truck to move her to start with. They had her sign a contract but had no prices filled in when signing the contract. Once they got to the destination with her stuff( only half of it, bc not brining a big enough truck) they brought in a contract that she had not signed and gave her a price of double of what she was quoted. 0 STARS - THEY WILL CANCEL DAY OF! Beware! Do not consider them for your move. Completely unreliable. After all said and done, they cost me double my move. I had scheduled a move from Dallas to Austin a month in advance. I spoke to "Robert, the owner" a week in advance. I paid the gas/fee deposit a week in advance. I wish I had read these bad reviews before I wasted my time. More than a month in advance, I booked 3 moves with this branch of the franchise. All the booking agents were overly courteous and grateful for my business. The day before the first move, I called to confirm. The person I spoke with, Alonzo, seemed unusually full of himself and more concerned with selling me insurance that I didn't want or need instead of confirming my move. Terribly unprofessional!! Use anyone else. My 65 year old mother hired them to move her. They brought a truck too small to take everything leaving behind a lawn tractor and gas grill 2 hours out of town. They apparently had no GPS so they asked to follow her and if she'd stop at sonic to buy them lunch. During the move they're telling her how much they get tipped. They take the tv off of the wall, but leave the wall bracket. Since their truck isn't large enough they load the tv in her car. After they get to the new location... read more
