They called me at 3 pm on a Friday when they were supposed to move me Saturday morning and told me they were OVERBOOKED and couldn't do the move. I was all packed, everything disconnected, bed torn down and mattresses bagged. I had booked this a couple weeks in advance, had a confirmation email, and they had taken a deposit. There needs to be a law against such an abomination. There ARE laws for interstate moves but NOT intrastate moves. I incurred damages to get moved on Saturday. Shouldn't even be giving these guys the time of day to write a review, but since they decided to piss in my Cheerios today I'd like to take a moment to let the world know what a bunch of scumbags they are. Had a move scheduled with them since April 25th. They called us to confirm two days ago. Both of us had requested off work for today, which was designated for moving day. The movers "Left my Table" in the truck, the manager brought back the table, my roommate got it from him. Found out it was broken, now I finally got the claims paper, and I have to get it Notarized !!!!! Jumping through a bunch of hoops to get money for the table that was broken!!!!!

So this company took our deposit - and actually called three times to tell us that they were not going be able to make the scheduled and rescheduled times. The last call was on a Saturday afternoon to tell us they would not be there Sunday morning but would call us first thing. Sunday comes and no call. Noon rolls around no call. We finally call. ***BEWARE**** Paid 3 times more than the quoted price, and we only moved across the street in the same complex. The movers also stole my husbands PlayStation and controller. Called the company that same day and they wouldn't question the people who moved us. We had to go out of our way to file a police report for them to do anything. It's been 7 months and they still haven't reimbursed us. Update: Year later and the company still hasn't reached out to us! It's amazing that this company is still in business.

Horrific experience with all my sons movers.. They mishandled and broke my furniture. I'm incredibly upset by the way things went down. Beware.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. They were absolutely horrible. You can't get a quote online like most companies and once you speak with them, they call you 3-4x/day until you either book with them or decline. They were the only company we contacted that charged a deposit ($200). The quote was for four hours for two men @ $99/hour plus one-time fuel charge and a $99 travel charge. They didn't tell me they charged for tape, wrap, etc. until they arrived to load up. No moving company charges for that (at lea... read more

Worst moving company in the DFW area. They moved my bedroom suite and refrigerator and damaged 5 out of the 6 items. The movers took picture's and said they have a repair company that they work with and will get with the office and schedule the repairs. I called the office and they said that is incorrect information and that I need to take pictures and send to them to review. Here are the facts about my move: 1. Richard with All My Sons visited and estimated the job at $1200 and it ultimately cost $1320. 2. The movers were to show up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on 9/29. They arrived at 4 p.m., and they arrived tired, hungry, and without rest/sleep (this was the movers testimony) for several of the previous nights d/t their 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. work schedule. 3.
