Charged over $1000 to move a one bedroom apartment from The Colony to Little Elm. They charged me $30 for tape alone and I packed everything myself!! Do not use, you've been warned!

Worst moving experience of my life. I only had them move a dresser, bed frame, night stand, couch, and coffee table. The only piece of furniture unharmed was my couch. Nothing was protected by moving pads. The rest is covered in chips, scratches, and dents. The movers made it a point to inform me that everything will be wrapped in pads and shrink wrap, just to find out when I got to my new place of living. All items were not properly handled.

My move 2 months ago was by far the worst customer service/move of my life. They cancelled the move the day of the move because they took a bigger job. Please do not use this company if you want to be treated fairly and with respect. I not sure how the owners allow this branch to continue to stay in business after reading all the online reviews. I don't want to give them any stars but had to in order to write this review.

We contracted with All My Sons Moving in May 2018 for a mid-June move. 'Richard' was the sales rep. We toured the home and detached buildings and he said one truck should do it. Well they showed-up 19 June around 9AM and moving process began. Around noon truck was halfway full and 'Andreus' (crew chief) remarked that, "We may need to make two trips." They called me at 3 pm on a Friday when they were supposed to move me Saturday morning and told me they were OVERBOOKED and couldn't do the move. I was all packed, everything disconnected, bed torn down and mattresses bagged. I had booked this a couple weeks in advance, had a confirmation email, and they had taken a deposit. There needs to be a law against such an abomination. There ARE laws for interstate moves but NOT intrastate moves. I incurred damages to get moved on Saturday. Shouldn't even be giving these guys the time of day to write a review, but since they decided to piss in my Cheerios today I'd like to take a moment to let the world know what a bunch of scumbags they are. Had a move scheduled with them since April 25th. They called us to confirm two days ago. Both of us had requested off work for today, which was designated for moving day. The movers "Left my Table" in the truck, the manager brought back the table, my roommate got it from him. Found out it was broken, now I finally got the claims paper, and I have to get it Notarized !!!!! Jumping through a bunch of hoops to get money for the table that was broken!!!!!

So this company took our deposit - and actually called three times to tell us that they were not going be able to make the scheduled and rescheduled times. The last call was on a Saturday afternoon to tell us they would not be there Sunday morning but would call us first thing. Sunday comes and no call. Noon rolls around no call. We finally call. ***BEWARE**** Paid 3 times more than the quoted price, and we only moved across the street in the same complex. The movers also stole my husbands PlayStation and controller. Called the company that same day and they wouldn't question the people who moved us. We had to go out of our way to file a police report for them to do anything. It's been 7 months and they still haven't reimbursed us. Update: Year later and the company still hasn't reached out to us! It's amazing that this company is still in business.
