Who's ready to file a class action lawsuit? I ended up being given the run around several times to the point I had to cancel after they told me they couldn't move me on time a day later. Let's sue them together!!

Horrible commitments even when they draft your account in advance! On April 13th I called to schedule a pickup for 5 items just to deliver less that 2 miles away at a cost $119.00 set for April 29th..I was to be the 2nd stop, come to find out the guys for that day didn't finish the 1st Stop until 6pm that evening! I was told they would call me 1hr prior to arriving but I never got a call all day until I called them to find out where the guys were. So is this your Carrollton locarions idea of a good move first they under qoute about three times the actual amount that they charged us. the quote was 366 They charged $900 and along the way thier guy gets hurt twist his ankle and he can no longer work efficiently so I get to help move my own stuff that I hired them for, which is amazing as you can see by the picture I moved all that stuff by myself, just to help make sure you didn't charge us anymore. They were too expensive so I told them I would shop around instead and ended up finding a better moving company for a lot less. You'd think that would be the end except for the fact that they will call you incessantly trying to rudely force their business upon you worse than a collection agency. Seriously, call after call, back to back even after sending them to voicemail. Telling them I'm busy and getting hung up on by them. First all the movers were great but the price was outrageous. I paid 850 for 3 hours on a local move. The 12pct fuel charge is on the total bill not just the trip charge. The trip charge is another rip-off. Paying 150 for the trip charge, plus the hourly rate and on top of that the fuel charge on the whole balance seems unreal. When I called and spoke to Matt he gave me some bs excuse about regulations, etc..... I had no idea the moving industry was so highly regulated. They also charged me 60 for supplies. We were waiting for a survey or follow up call regarding our satisfaction of our recent move. Nope. Nothing but a big fat bill. This was the worse move ever for us. The estimator grossly underestimated our needs with one truck and four movers. We got one truck and three movers. We needed two trucks and six movers. Only one guy packed our kitchen from 8:45 to 3:30 pm and did not pack everything, which we paid for! Arrived at new house at 4:30. Doors were opened, garage doors opened until 8:30 pm. Horrible service. We moved from DFW area to Austin. I had a representative from All My Sons out to our house to provide an estimate. He was confident that we needed one truck and 3 people. The day of the move the truck arrived on time. That was the best part. The crew was disrespectful and rude. They used horrible language in front of my children and now my 4 year old know a few words I would rather he not use- EVER! I could not have had a worst experience with All My Sons. I needed a move to start at a specific time, which they promised me they could do. We (large corporation) decided to use their services despite a much higher cost than all other companies priced because they could promised a designated start time. However, when that time was to begin, they were no where to be seen. I come to find out they never had the intention of being there at that time because they "would never guarantee a start time". Consistent theme with everyone else. DO NOT USE these people. Employees fought and argued the whole time in the house. There literally got into an argument with each other on our front lawn threatening to punch and fight one another - crew members had to break it up, they were dropping Fbombs in front of my wife and kids.
