First all the movers were great but the price was outrageous. I paid 850 for 3 hours on a local move. The 12pct fuel charge is on the total bill not just the trip charge. The trip charge is another rip-off. Paying 150 for the trip charge, plus the hourly rate and on top of that the fuel charge on the whole balance seems unreal. When I called and spoke to Matt he gave me some bs excuse about regulations, etc..... I had no idea the moving industry was so highly regulated. They also charged me 60 for supplies. We were waiting for a survey or follow up call regarding our satisfaction of our recent move. Nope. Nothing but a big fat bill. This was the worse move ever for us. The estimator grossly underestimated our needs with one truck and four movers. We got one truck and three movers. We needed two trucks and six movers. Only one guy packed our kitchen from 8:45 to 3:30 pm and did not pack everything, which we paid for! Arrived at new house at 4:30. Doors were opened, garage doors opened until 8:30 pm. Horrible service. We moved from DFW area to Austin. I had a representative from All My Sons out to our house to provide an estimate. He was confident that we needed one truck and 3 people. The day of the move the truck arrived on time. That was the best part. The crew was disrespectful and rude. They used horrible language in front of my children and now my 4 year old know a few words I would rather he not use- EVER! I could not have had a worst experience with All My Sons. I needed a move to start at a specific time, which they promised me they could do. We (large corporation) decided to use their services despite a much higher cost than all other companies priced because they could promised a designated start time. However, when that time was to begin, they were no where to be seen. I come to find out they never had the intention of being there at that time because they "would never guarantee a start time". Consistent theme with everyone else. DO NOT USE these people. Employees fought and argued the whole time in the house. There literally got into an argument with each other on our front lawn threatening to punch and fight one another - crew members had to break it up, they were dropping Fbombs in front of my wife and kids. They left our house leaving a pile of empty water bottles on the front lawn. Left trash and water bottles inside our house. Totally left hanging. Supposed to be there at 9am and didn't get a call till 3pm that they weren't coming. Then told that they probably couldn't get me tomorrow either. What the heck am I supposed to do? This moving company will tell you that you are on 2 run regardless if they have the staff to actually move you that day. I'm used other companies with no serious issues and this one pretty much told me to shove off. I'm appalled how unhelpful Doug in the McKinney branch was. TERRRIBLE!!!!!!! I keep finding things they scratched or broke during our move and tried to hide (the latest item I found is a wood bedframe I had not yet put together that is RUINED from either when they took it apart, or else during the move, not to mention other nice items scratched beyond repair, as well as tearing up our walls both in the old and new house). A friend of mine just used them (I had no idea until after they booked!) and they were also VERY displeased and also had many items damaged.

Do not use this moving company. Moving with All My Sons was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. When I made the appointment, I was told that the move would occur on Saturday afternoon. Lo and behold, I get a call at 7 am saying that they have a crew ready to come. I reiterated that we had agreed on Saturday afternoon, and told them I could be ready by 9:30. First, let me point you to excellent movers.... AB Moving. Now on to All my Sons... Update: I find it funny that that are now the "Official Movers of the Dallas Cowboys". Now that they have a big name behind them, they have all the more reason to screw you over in favor of DC.
