They charged me double what was quoted. They won't reduce price. Never would I hire them to unload moving truck again. Not worth $900.00 to unload one U-Haul truck

I contacted All My Sons to obtain an estimate for a move from one side of town to the other. I was texted a link and advised that a rep would be in touch to assist me. Jacob contacted me to complete a virtual assessment of the job on facetime. I was on the phone with him while he repeatedly facetimed me for the virtual assessment. He kept pressing me for a date for the move, and I provide him a few dates that would work, but I wanted an estimate. Horrible experience. Lies from everyone, price was outrageous, showed up 2 hours early,meaning half of my move was not done by these guys. Told the office I did not want to pay$500 for 20 minutes of work. Paid $468 for 20 minutes of work. Do not use this franchise. Too many reputable movers out there, or just rent a UHaul and hire high school kids and be happier.

I have never used movers before. I thought I was making things easier on myself since I work 3 jobs. This was literally the textbook version of a nightmare. I called to confirm via the text they sent. The gentleman put me on hold, but in the background, I could hear him referring to another customer as a bitch. Something tells me this will never see the light of day... I have moved six times in the last seven years in TN. I have never had a situation where the quote was so far off the actual price of the move. I have also never had the situation where all my things were on the moving truck and then the movers informed me that payment must be made prior to unloading... The negative reviews are spot on and I can take it further. I called from my move several months ago and have been trying to reach them since, including today at which point ace heard that I wanted to talk to someone as a follow up and said nothing and transferred me, and then it was followed by five more transfers by a machine, and I finally hung up knowing it would go on and on. I used the Murfreesboro crew. Triple your quote and you may come close to what they actually will charge you. I had the same load done by another company for half the price.
Worst experience ever. I was quoted on 7/22/23 by Scott that the cost of moving would be $165 per hour (2 hour minimum) travel and fuel will be 15% of the total bill and that's all. I was not told that travel and fuel will be two separate costs and I was told the incorrect hourly rate of the labor. The movers called at 10 wanting to start moving but when booking them, I specifically stated that I needed the movers by 10:30am. ZERO STARS. This company is atrocious. They showed up at 8:30 am and I met them at their truck. While we were reviewing the work order, which clearly states that they'd be packing half of my place, they said they didn't have the supplies they needed and that they would have to get boxes and tape from their warehouse.
