Canceled on us 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, despite having confirmed with them twice the week prior to the move, including the evening before. When asked what they were going to do to remedy the situation, they said they could move us 2 days later and give us a 10% discount. Since we had to be out of our house that day, this was impossible (and also a slap in the face). My husband and I were left scrambling to find someone at the last minute. I has my cousin call them and I must say this company is not worth it. They quote u on a price then up it about$200 after the job is done. They don't break down anything. When most of the moving companies with break down beds and dressers. Then assemble them at the new address. They also charged my daughter in law $900 to move a one bedroom apt from Burlington to chapel hill..smh.i wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone
Horrible horrible. Cancelled on us 2x just don't use them and pay a little more to get a better service. So rude and unprofessional on the phone
DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY. They will cheat you. They give you one quote and it doubles when the job is finished because they only tell you the about being charged during the move. They do not disclose the drive time from their work and back as billable to the customer but when you finalize the total is outrageous. Donald cares only for your credit card number, they do not care about repeat business because they already have your money. BE smart find someone else!
Please avoid this company. I had a 1 bedroom apt visit $1749.89! This firm is a nightmare, I called for a quote rec'd $179.hr, knew from past moves over the last 4yrs s was what the average time frame was if I had it all packed and taken apart. Well the agreement was 1st trip since I booked 2.5 months in advance. They called the day before yo d as y my move would start at 10:00 to 10:30. Refused to acknowledge my agreement was 1st trip. This was the worst moving experience of my life. After moving boxes into the truck, the movers claimed that they would not be able to fit all of my furniture in the truck. We asked what could be done, if they could call someone, or send another truck. They didn't do anything, and just complained about how they should have had a bigger truck. Unbelievably rude service. Couldn't even get a ballpark quote. Sounded like some teenager snickering every time I asked a basic question. Believe the terrible reviews.
SADLY, WE WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE 0 STARS. As background for you, we had three gentlemen assigned to our move, which I'd like to call out was within and only 3 streets over in our current neighborhood AND, moreover, included minimal furniture and items as 95% of our belongings were already in our new house. Buyer beware! I recently contracted All My Sons for a move. It was the biggest mistake!!! My movers were over an hour late from the scheduled time. Note that I was being charged by the hour! I was also told after the job was completed that I was to pay for gas for the truck. This was not stated at the beginning when discussing cost. After walking through all of the items to be loaded on the truck with the crew, I specifically noted items (dresser and nightstands) that were expensive and glass.
