If you dont want the job, just say so...dont waste peoples time with waiting around for a call that you dont intend to make. I called for an estimate for an out of state move. Was set up with a date and time for a Ryan Jones to call for a video call. Never received a call or an email requesting a reschedule. If you are given his name, just move on, your wasting your time.

I was not pleased with All My Sons Moving & Storage, they damaged both bedroom furniture sets. The head board, the footboard as well as the dresser and chest had extensive scratches on it. They gave me a check for less than 200.00 for all the damaged that was done to my furniture. They did not wrap my furniture, just put it on the truck and hence it had scratches everywhere. My fiancé and I had reserved a day to move. Date, time and deposit all scheduled and paid ahead of time. The day before they were suppose to call us to update us on what exact time they would show up to help move our boxes and furniture. They never called or attempted to get in contact with us. DON'T. USE. AMS. Never in my life will I recommend or use this company again. The people you talk to on the phone to secure your move will give you the best lip service, telling you anything you want to hear to get your deposit and secure your business. However, they don't communicate anything with the team ACTUALLY moving you on the day of. That is incredible dumb and reflects on how awful this business actually is. I cannot say one positive thing about this experience. I scheduled my move well in advance with All My Sons for July 10, paid a $100 deposit, and confirmed with them on July 7. I was supposed to have 2 movers & I would be the second move of the day. I was told they would be there after noon. On the day of, I heard NOTHING. I called at 1 PM & was told they were at the offload site & would be on their way to me soon but they would double check. They never called me back. Got a call with our moving time. Later on the day, it got moved. And got moved AGAIN. After waiting the whole day, we find out that the customer before us, with a partial move decided to make it a full move. They accommodated their needs and LEFT US without a truck. Got scheduled for next day, time NOT guaranteed. All we got was a 10% discount. NEVER AGAIN.

This company has the worst customer service and management I have ever worked with. Rude personnel who do not care about whether they have your business or not. I've waited over 6 weeks to get my move scheduled, then they don't show up when they say they will. They reschedule 10 minutes after reaching out and now they can't complete the move that day, even though they were 3 hours earlier than their scheduled window. These movers were the worst I have ever encountered; despite labelling all boxes and telling them exactly where we wanted all furniture, they put our items in incorrect locations and dinged up a ton of our furniture. They also dropped many of our smaller items outside and just left them on the ground in the rain! They also left before moving all of our items.
