All My Sons was a very inconsistent mover. The fragile items were mostly well packed but many, many boxes were unlabeled so unpacking was a challenge and items are still missing/not found (like a laptop). They broke my son’s solid wood bed and broke my writing desk. In the contract to get a tiny amount in restitution, I had to agree not post negative items and, in return, All My Sons would “discourage” its workers from retaliation by posting negative things about me and my family. This business is awful!!! My mother-in-law’s RV was totaled so AMS movers came to move all of her stuff out of her old RV into a storage facility less than a mile down the road. The 2 kid movers who were sent out were like bulls in a china closet. While trying to get the refrigerator out of the RV, the cut the water line as well as the wires for the ice maker. The door cracked as well. The manager called during the process and spoke to my mother-in-law as well as the lead mover. He said he would get all of the info and help... read more

This company just drove through my yard. They didn’t even bother coming to knock on my door. As my wife was leaving she noticed that they drove through the yard destroying it. I had to approach them to get someone to come out an fix it.

RecommendedDeVonte. Jose, arthur were great movers. On the other hand Matt and the customer care was very dissapointing...my roomate used them and i had to witness how rude and ugly he was to her...make sure you ask upfront about addiotnal fees, and be specific about the travel fees.
Horrible experience with this moving company in Houston . They have hidden fees, broke some of my items and the worst thing of it all, they stole my decest grandmothers diamond ring and earrings, which I am heartbroken over, they can never be replaced. Please beware, they have theives working for them at the Houston branch. DO NOT hire these movers!
