I don't even want to give 1 star. Horrible. They seem really nice when they come give estimates and say they will treat you like "family." I don't think you would treat your family like this... Movers didn't plug our washer into the wall correctly and now our new house has a huge water puddle in our kitchen. They got a large white spot, almost like paint, on our extremely pricey dining table... They kept saying it's plugged in fine and everything is okay... God. Lots of hidden fees. Not a flat rate as advertised. Lazy and careless employees. Cost me thousands of dollars in destroyed property. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Stay far far away from this place!

I was terribly disappointed with ALL My Sons movers in The Woodlands. 1) They said they were going to call to tell me when they would be at my apartment to get it empty and it would be between 8:00 and 9:30AM when they would show up. Well, they just show up at 7:30AM. I was barely out of the shower and still had a little packing to do so that was inconvenient. 2) It took 2 guys about 3.5 hours to get my 850 square foot apartment empty. Terrible experience with All My Sons in The Woodlands. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I'm still moving boxes around where they need to go and putting furniture together that they were supposed to handle. No customer service from the "supervisor" when we called to raise an issue with damage to our floors, walls, and furniture. These guys are a joke...please don't trust them to move your stuff.
