AWFUL please AVOID All My Sons Moving & Storage of Woodlands, Inc. - 20 minutes before they were due to arrive a rude and patronising call from someone called Matt ( although suspect a fake name as he would not elaborate) he said they had computer problems and could not do the move until late afternoon - he was desperate to cancel the job and was extremely rude and unprofessional - all they want to do is push extra charges and hide behind a coroprate brand - feel sorry for their Corporate Office they should be struck of... read more

Operating under the honest guise of "family owned and operated," one wonders what sort of family condones such disingenuous business practices. The quote I received over the phone was ludicrously disproportionate from what I would have actually been charged. The gentlemen I spoke with over the phone were vociferously (to the point of salesmanship) against hidden fees for which other moving companies are notorious. Quoted $218 the night before. Moving disaster on almost every level. The office quoted less than half of what we were actually charged later (and then said they never quoted it in the first place). They said the move would take "6 hours at the most" and after 11 hours (at $150+ an hour by the way) there was still stuff left at my old house and all the boxes and furniture was just thrown in the new house in whatever room was closest. The company should not be rated at all. My daughter used them Saturday June 17, 2017. They charged her for an outrageous amount by the hour for a one bedroom apt that was only going less then 5 miles away. The men were very slow and complained of back problems from previous move they did. Her purse was on the counter and while she wasn't in the room, one of them took a $100 bill out of her purse. Do not use this company! Wish my husband would have read the reviews before booking. I told him to use Square Cow because they had great reviews but he trusted what they told him over the phone. They charge over $400 for one hour of work, ground level in the SAME apartment complex. They make you think it is $119 even when questioned prior to booking. Horrible company and a complete ripoff. Stay clear of them. We will fight this charge but would at least try to protect others. Matt, you should be ashamed of yourself.

We did an in town move and the crew worked at a very leisurely pace. They were sloppy in their work. They did not assemble any of the beds or tables in the new house. When I went to tip them, someone had stolen $200 out of my wallet. So no tip. Do not use this company. I called the owners to complain and didn't even get a follow up on it.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! I was quoted a minimum of $129 & maximum of $250 to move a few pieces of furniture across the street. One of the movers was very hostile and kept threatening to walk out over a single piece of solid furniture. My wall got damaged in the process and proceeded to blame my mother simply watching them from across the room. The biggest shocker was that they charged $300 more than the max quoted prices at $550! This company is joke and has horrible management. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 & 9:30 in the morning and didn't show up till 3:45. We were misled multiple times as to when they would arrive. Our last move we were nowhere near as prepared as we were this time and it only took them 3 guys to finish in 6 hours. These guys were extremely slow and didn't finish until 11:40 that night and costed us $1,500. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not use total rip off!!! If I could give a negative I would. I had hired for 2 guys upgraded to 3 for 15 pcs of furniture, no boxes. The driver parked at the farthest point of my complex and charged, underhandedly started my time, while he drove to the correct spot. I lived on the fourth floor and my upstairs neighbor told me the following day they rode the elevator up to the 5th then down to 1 to wast time.
