I had used them before a little over a year ago and was so happy with them that of course I used them again. Horrible company, even worse customer service. They will quote you a great price and then by the time its said and done your total will be up to 3x the amount. They will double charge you and take their time. 8 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment move is insane! No one is willing to listen or resolve your complaint or issue a credit worth your troubles. The manager at Houston office was a joke and the corporate office had no idea how to handle a complaint or resolve a customer issue. Very unprofessional company all around.
AFTER OVER 4 WEEKS WE HAVE NOW FOUND MORE DAMAGE TO FURNITURE THAT WE COULDN'T REPAIR AND HAD TO REPLACE. THE MANAGEMENT SENT A EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE SORRY OF WHICH I REPLIED TO WITH NO RESPONSE WEEKS AGO. CRICKETS, SO MY RESPONSE IS NOT ONLY BEWARE BUT MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN CONTEST THE CHARGES WITH YOU CC COMPANY AS I AM DOING ON MONDAY MORNING. If I could give them zero stars I would. We set up this move two weeks in advance. They called the day before asking us to change the time to earlier because they needed to get another crew out. We said okay and moved our whole day around. They asked what we needed moved and if there were appliances. We told them there was only a refrigerator. They said we needed to disconnect the water from the wall, so we did. They got there and had no tools to remove the things they needed to get it through the door. One of the men starte... read more
