Unfortunately when I went to move the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment, to another apartment (with an elevator), I was under the impression both movers that I had paid for would be moving my items. Only one of the individuals was moving items into my apartment, and that created DOUBLE the amount of time charged to make my move. Close to 5 hours, for a 1 bedroom apartment move from a storage unit (ground floor). They broke things put garage things in my kitchen and other boxes and furniture were not put in the right rooms and my furniture was not taken care of well

RecommendedThe crew led by Timothy was superb. They arrived timely, listened to my information regarding items being moved from storage to residence. They identified a leg on my bedroom chair was broken and not their fault. He returned to the office, obtained wood glue and repaired the job. He provided a suggestion if this did not work to contact their office and the next method of resolving issue would occur. I was very pleased with the smoothness of getting this job done.
