If I could I would give them a 0 star. They still have my furniture on the truck because they wanted to charge me 1400$ for nothing. They started at 8:30am and took until 1pm just to load. Now I am having to figure out how to get my furniture off their truck. I even went to their offices and they threatened to call the police on me and my family. I am pissed off. My daughter use these guys to move her from one apartment to another. Her apartment is literally one bedroom. No living room furniture, no kitchen, no dining room - One bedroom. With a total of 30 miles to drive (that's from their office to my daughters apartment, to her new apartment and back to their office) she was quoted $300 by the time it was all said and done seven hours later, her bill had reached $970. Coming from a former employee, very shady company who sends its drivers to do the office's dirty work. I was let go during a rough time in my life. I just finished a 16 hr day last Friday, while on that job, Sam calls fellow driver Quentin and asks everybody if they would be there Saturday morning 7 am. I told Sam I would call if I was coming. I don't even want to give them one star!! Rude!! THEY TELL U THEY CHARGE 149 an hour I got 4 hours of work and PAYED 1100 bucks when I only have a small 2 bedroom home that was moved 20 minutes down the road!!! And was told that I was stupid for not understanding why!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER!!!

We contracted All My Sons of The Woodlands, TX to make our move to what will be our retirement dream home. Unfortunately, the moving experience was not a dream. Robert, the estimator, was fabulous and was what ultimately sold me on hiring AMS. The office was flexible with change of dates. We have in the past used 2Men And Truck on 4 occasions and all went smooth. We bought a house in the area and we called them just as a comparison and the guy (Sam)explained they were a locally owned company and was a family business. He explained how they do things differently than the national chains. He did a great job selling his company so we decided to use them . Movers were very courteous and took very good care of my items. The 4 man crew that came and packed the house did a good job. When they came to deliver to my new house I was expecting the same crew, nope not at all. They unloaded the truck fast and placed everything were I asked them, but the 4 beds had to be taken apart and put back together by me because they did them all wrong. Some of the actual movers were very good, others lazy and dragged out charges per hour. Misleading quotes, Payment required before offloading at other end also added to the issues. Discovered damages that they had caused during dismantling/packing that were significant and they had just packed them and did not notify me. Also poor packing resulted in many other damages. Do not be fooled by the sales team. Hidden fees and charges were very misleading. We were promised a four men moving team, three men showed up to move but only two of the men actually worked. The third man only supervised and stayed most of the time in the truck and spend the majority of the time talking on the phone. Very unprofessional as he was the team leader.
