Horrible!!! Do not use. They left half of our things behind. They only had filled the truck 3/4 of the way. They didn't bring the power cord for our hospital bed or lift chairs. They didn't bring the hoses for the washer. They didn't bring the medication. They could have filled the truck but now we have to make a trip back to Texas and rent a uhaul to bring the rest of our stuff. HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE customer service!

horrible experience with All My Sons , moving and storage recently used their services for moving from Pearland to Spring, broke the recliner electrical mechanism switch. very poor response, i must add. the guys who moved were very polite. have to put in claim with TX DMV( ED )

These guys are crooks! I had called about a quote and they quoted me different than what they finally charged and the deposit is just early bill payment. I have 6 pieces of furniture and was charged $417 for 35 miles away both floors where bottom floors. When I signed the paper work the guy told me I need to tip in cash. I didnt even ask because they had not unloaded one piece of furniture so how was I to know if they did a good job yet. I gave the guy a $20 and he said you can tip us more and I told him thats what I had on... read more

Absolutely worst drivers on the road. I live by their office/parking lot and have seen them almost cause several accidents. Was run onto the shoulder of the freeway by one truck this afternoon and another blinded me and drove dangerously close behind me because they were weaving in and out of lanes and I guess I got in his way. I would NEVER trust them with my possessions based on lack of professionalism and horrible attitude. Absolutely ridiculous.

I paid the $100 deposit and was told the cost was $135 an hour with two hour minimum and a half hour each way. Several days later, another call to confirm except its changed to one hour each way and "m.hibbs" starts telling me about 14% surcharge for fuel on total bill. Then I hear about tv box fees and mattress cover fees and this fee and that fee. I soon canceled to avoid a thorough "shake down". I have NEVER posted a review. EVER. I always thought it was not worth the time to gripe about some restaurant or a waiter who had a bad day or whatever. That's until I contacted All My Sons Movers in The Woodlands to help my wife and I move. I created this account just to warn people about these amateurs. Scheduled a move for Saturday, March 10. We moved in August 2017 just before school started. We clearly marked boxes containing fragile items with red marker and large letters. When we began to unpack after Hurricane Harvey, we discovered many of those boxes had been damaged through being dropped or thrown into the truck.The items can not be replaced because many are over 75 years old. I used this company to move my mother between apartments 2 years ago. They packed up her entire apartment, loaded the truck and unloaded into the other apartment in 4 hours. The apartment where she moved to is a large complex so they had to use a service elevator and long hallway to move her items in. I was very satisfied with that move so decided to use them again. Movers showed up on time. Move from storage to 1-story home. Items already packed/wrapped. Ended up costing nearly $500. 15 mile from storage to home. Did not set up single bed frame or assemble any thing. Asked multiple times for tip while loading items. Wanted full payment (including tip) before unloading. All items unloaded with no damage!
