Where do I start? First off, I was a military brat then spent 21 years in the Air Force myself so I have moved more than 26 times with professional movers. In the last four years with my civilian employer I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years so I think I have a reasonable basis for this review. The movers them selves were ok. They were suppose to be at our residents between 8:30 and 9:00 AM on a Monday, around 8:45 am received a call from the driver that they would be 3 to 4 hours late and was told it was due to the weather the night before. After they arrived around 1 pm the driver went over the contract and said that they accept cash or credit cards only. My email I can not get a response to: I just want to say that I was obviously thoroughly impressed with the 3 guys you sent to move me in March from Conroe to Spring. This was not the best experience. They offered 2 guys for an apartment move. We decided to pay extra for the 3rd guy. The movers arrived late. One guy was 5'5 and 110 pounds... he couldn't move much. He just stood around. The other guy was over 50 years old and had to rest for long periods. Long story short..it took 3 guys to move a 2 bedroom apartment over 8 hours. Please read my review on the other Houston location. They say they are family owned and run so the review applies to all their business's ethics.
The moving guys would get 4 stars. The management and customer service, 0 stars. The guys that came out to the house were super nice and did a good job. Unfortunately, they did not bring enough supplies with them for the move, so, almost immediately, one of them had to leave with the truck to go back to the office, assuring me that we would not be charged for the time he was gone. DO NOT EVER use this company!!! My move at the end of May was a disaster. From the estimate over the phone to moving day. The 3 man crew showed up in a truck not big enough for my 3 bedroom home. So they didn't take everything! They moved slower than a teenager getting out of bed on a weekend. Kept taking phone calls, chatting with each other, basically milking the "by the hour" rate. They took apart my refrigerator that should never have been, and wound up damaging it so badly I have to replace it. It can't be fixe... read more

Wow it is super expensive to move with this company within short mile radius. They did a good job packing 3 guys and wrapped everything. but it took 3 hours for the whole deal and I didn't have alot of stuff to move. If they say they will refund you keep an eye on your bank account to make sure they do.
I don't even want to give 1 star. Horrible. They seem really nice when they come give estimates and say they will treat you like "family." I don't think you would treat your family like this... Movers didn't plug our washer into the wall correctly and now our new house has a huge water puddle in our kitchen. They got a large white spot, almost like paint, on our extremely pricey dining table... They kept saying it's plugged in fine and everything is okay... God.
