Showed up for 1 bedroom apt move with 4 people. Looked around, said he was having software issues and would be back in an hour. Strung me along all day and a crew shows up at 3:30. I tried to negotiate a better rate since they would now be moving me during 5 o'clock traffic and charge per hour. I've taken 2 weeks to write this review.... I was so stressed about our move I should have read the reviews. When I called and scheduled our move I was quoted $400.00 & 3 men to make the move faster. They arrived on time but one just stood around looking for guidance from the other 2 men. It took them 6 hours to move a small 3 bedroom house, I had everything packed up. This is the first time I've ever used a moving company and I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! My jewelry armoire was ruined as well as my bed, they just threw things in wardrobe boxes!! The more I unpack, the worse it gets! Chance assured me they had the best movers and they would handle all of our things with care! Pffft!!! Everything is thrown around and half of my things are ruined!

There is a reason this company has low stars. DO NOT USE - Terrible company. We set up our move well in advance. They called us the DAY before our move and told us that it might be closer to noon than 10am. On the day of our move, they said noon. Then called back and said 2-3pm. Then called at 1:00pm and said after 5pm. Sam, the dispatcher and manager according to him, was rude, kept interrupting me, said he didn't care we had a time issue, he had no movers available and finally said "I am cancelling you move" and hung up. ... read more

Like others, if i could rate this with a zero I would. Poor business practices, zero customer service and care. The cost is way to much and they overcharge per on the miles. i have filed with the BBB, posted of Facebook, as well as made my comments known on LinkdIn. I would advise you to stay away from this company - at least this franchise and as a note the employees - I would look elsewhere where you are REALLY part of an employee owned business, not just an hourly worker. If you live in Spring, Tx do not use these crooks. They took 5 hours to move a two bedroom apartment in the truck. Still haven't moved the furniture out of the truck into the new location and want to charge 1,300.00....The owner comes yelling at us to get out of their establishment or he's calling the police. We're questioning in a very calm way...how is that possible for an apartments!!!! Robbers, crooks, thieves....Do Not Use..I repeat...Do Not Use These Horrible Criminals!!!! It should be considered criminal and be a chargeable offense what this company feels are appropriate practices. There is no way it should cost just under $2000.00 for three supposed "professional movers" and help from at least one of the customers a full day plus to move a two bedroom apartment just a quarter mile (2 min drive) down the road. Today we were ready for an uneventful move starting at 8am. Unfortunately we were mislead and pigeonholed into a very misleading contract. This company has no sense of a moral or ethical compass. A two bedroom apartment was surprisingly rang up as $1300. Then after refusing the company drove off with our things and without any clothes or furniture we very reluctantly paid the $1300 which is clearly a shady practice for a company to require payment before unloading. Thieves. Do not use this company- their contract is a trap. They are holding our furniture hostage. The price for a two bedroom apartment is now at $2500. Legal action will be taken
