ABSOLUTELY WORST MOVING COMPANY… Should have read the reviews in depth, some extremely similar to my experience. We were quoted differently initially for a specific price and that there would be 2 guys. We went with them because of their PRICE. The morning of the movers showed up an hour before we were told, plus there was 3 guys and was told that the price has increased due to this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️‼️‼️‼️ What they tell you when inquiring about a move ends up a LIE! You sign up for THREE movers and they only send TWO ‼️‼️ Then try to be slick and still charge you for three! They start moving fast then slow down real slow! Disappeared outside for more than 15 mins then pop back up to again move slow! The move was stated to be available EARLY IN THE DAY but they came LATE. moved from 1 apt to another in same complex. both 1 bed on first floor. no appliances. and what was my total 929.00 hhmmm reached out to office via call and email no one responded.
They are terrible! They damaged and ruined several pieces of our furniture. We paid $1000 to have our furniture moved to our storage and now our furniture is ruined. Unbelievable!
This is the absolute most terrible moving company. Not only have they damaged several pieces of my furniture, they DROPPED my refrigerator off of the truck. Refused to even acknowledge that they did it even though we were all standing right there! Charged $500 for moving and packing supplies that they did not use. The house was already packed! My furniture was in wonderful condition! Now it’s has big gouges, scratches, and dents! I filed a claim for over $5000 worth of furniture and they sent me a check for $195. What a joke! I spent over $3000 for them to move me locally. They were late both days and on their phones while on the clock.
They claim they will wrap and protect your furniture but they do not cushion it. Every piece of furniture and large appliance we own is now broken, dented, or scratched. I will never use them again!
I would have to agree with the other review regarding cheating people out of money. We were quoted $149 to move from one apt to another in same complex. We moved most of our belongings except two beds, a sofa, & desk so we would not have to pay any additional time beyond one hour. Once the work was completed after 45 minutes we were told the charge was $509????! That they have a minimum 2 hour charge? If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers.
