I am so thankful for this place, when I was deployed I was going through a nasty divorce and didn't have anyone to help move my stuff from the apartment I shared with my ex. They moved my things without a problem. And when I came back they gave me an awesome discount!!! This place is very military friendly and if I could give it 10 stars I would.

These people ripped me off. They charge way too much. In addition, the movers busted the corners of some of my furniture, which I feel bad for them because they get paid minimum wage while the fat cat in top keeps all the money he charges for the service.

It started out with them asking me for tools. Three very mannerly, hard working young kids showed up however they were not experienced enough to handle the move. So they cracked my tile floor. They cracked the glass insert in my kitchen table. They didn't put my bed together correctly. They broke a twin bed box spring. They didn't get all the patio furniture. The movers were great , professional and courteous. The company is not , they are outrageously over priced and lots of hidden charges and they promise discounts and give you none. Go with a more economical option don't consider this company it's not worth your hard earned money.

I moved around the world while I was in the Navy. I lost more stuff in a one mile move with these guys than I did in 31 years in the Navy. Their crews were polite and courteous but that will never replace my Navy memorabilia that was "lost." A one mile move. So disappointed.

I inquired on line for a small move of a few bulky items for my parents. When I got a call back, all the information was incorrect but I still moved forward. I was given a quote of the labor, moving time frame and service charges. I informed them I was not in the same city and would like to be called on when they were on their way as well as called for payment. Used this service to move less than 5 miles away, most items already boxed and in garage. The crew sent minus one were hired that day, lacked motivation, professionalism, with one of them having a asthma attack and sat in truck instead of unloading it. Dented every appliance they touched, put holes in new home walls, and complained about other people being in home stating our movers aren't safe. Crew are hardworking people. However, administration and management are the worst. They will bill you for time they "consider fair" despite their own system send you the right time. They will say that the truck stayed at your address for longer time and that time is billed to you. If you complain, they will treat you so rude and disrespectful. They will get your money and ignore your concerns. You can dispute the extra charge with your CC. If you don't want your money get stolen, find another company.
