I am surprised at the reviews I read about All My Sons of Bluffton. We moved from the Bluffton area to the Raleigh area about one month ago. We interviewed and received quotes from three companies and decided to go with All My Sons. Our move was quite large and we decided to do our own packing. All My Sons supplied all the boxes, including wardrobe boxes, paper, and packaging tape that we needed. I recommend ALL MY SONS mostly because this is a locally-owned company. The movers are employed by them, so they are held accountable. In the moving business, this is VERY important! ALL MY SON S moved my household from GA to FL without any issues during a very busy time of year for movers. All My Sons Hilton Head Movers assisted my family in distributing items out of our grandparents' home on Hilton Head and moving it to 4 separate locations. Not an easy task. They were at the home within a few days of our call and worked seamlessly to help. Many of the items were antique and very delicate. Moved from Fl to SC. Was overcharged and movers took over 10 hrs to load my things onto the truck. Upon delivery, items had been damaged, stolen or not delivered. Movers did not know how to assemble my king bed and I had to hire a handyman. Very poor customer service. Do not hire this company.
I moved from Florida to SC. I was overcharged and had numerous items stolen, missing or broken. Movers took in excess of 10 hours to load my 2 bedroom condo in Fl. Once delivered, the movers did not know how to assemble my king bed and I had to hire a handyman. Terrible customer service. Do Not use this company!
All you need to know is that our furniture was delivered to our new home (from storage) with BLACK MOLD on it. And with a big gouge taken out of an antique buffet. AMS offered us $275 for the damage. $275 for ruined leather and antique furniture. And now they've stopped responding to us. Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had.
We gave a required $100 deposit on June 9, 2025 for a move on July 18, 2025 with the Hilton Head, SC location. Movers never showed - finally received a call "late" in the day that their truck had issues that morning. They were supposed to have been at our home at 11am. They were rescheduled for the next day.
