They called 2 days after I gave my number. The rep was very rude to me, not wanting to answer my questions, then hung up on me. Think I dodged a bullet.
Avoid at all cost! They were the lowest estimate, there is a reason! I lost thousands of dollars. They damaged floors both at the source and destination. I called dispatch multiple times including after they left the house and told them about all of the damage. Corey asked if they put protection down for the floor. They did not. Wish I could give zero stars. Recently moved and hired these guys to move only a dozen or so pieces of furniture only 4 miles to our new house. Unfortunately after they left we discovered that they damaged at least half of what they moved and put marks and a hole in the wall. large piece of wood out of our desk, dings in the fridge, very expensive sofa laid on the grass got stained with mud, bed frame scratched up and more. Unfortunately, my worst moving experience to date; I hired All My Sons to load my belongings into a 22-foot Penske truck, left instructions on how things should be placed and what items needed to be protected. The movers did an awful job. They started by stacking bikes on top of upholstered chairs, which scratched and gouged all the furniture within their proximity and rubbed their paint completely off. The 3 guys started really good, loaded truck quickly and efficiently, after about 3 hours everything changed, one guy was talking on phone, another was sleeping on the moving truck step. I witnessed boxes being thrown down stairs which resulted in a broken crock pot, Items were left in closets and rooms Horrible experience
DO NOT use this company. They failed to cover every piece of furniture I own; all my furniture is scratched an damaged. They are careless and irresponsible.
UTTERLY HORRIBLE..... READ OTHER REVIEWS... ALMOST ALL 1-star, or less if we could. Having moved many times, we know what a good move looks like... this company is terrible.... their crews (nice guys) are not trained, they are not provided tools for the job, they arrived unprepared, are sloppy, without proper instruction and unprofessional ... the office and the Owner do NOT communicate, (repeatedly calling about same issue like 8 times?) then have attitude about it....a customer service failure. this is a half baked comp... read more
If I could give this a 0 I would! They called the morning of at 8am (our appt set for 8am-1030am window of arrival) to tell us that they had overbooked and would not be able to arrive until late afternoon. We had everything set and ready to go for a quick and easy process. They then told us their "sister company" would be able to accommodate us but it would be a much smaller truck. I've used All My Sons before so I felt confident using them again. To start, they had my phone number listed incorrectly. I called them and updated it. On the day of the move I was expecting them at 11am. They did not get here until 1pm. When they arrived they stated they were late because of another job and they didn't have the right phone number.
