We have used these guys before and we're satisfied with their work... this time their work was adequate however some of the billing strategies were certainty unethical bordering on illegal. I hired this mover and opted for their all inclusive package which packed and unpacked everything in the house. They neglected to pack any of my clothes. With my suits was well over $5K in value. So I had to drive an hour and half back to my old house and get the clothes myself. Their movers broke my $1400 TV that was 11 month old and offered me $150. read lowest reviews first...this is exactly how they operate. just had same experience in June.. terrible place. can't reach anyone with an issue and so far I have spoken with 3 managers and one who said he was the owner and found differently. considering lawsuit
Whatever you do do not hire these guys. Check out the Facebook page all my sons moving is terrible. We had a horrible experience. They destroyed furniture and did over $5k of damage to our brand new white oak hardwoods by sliding furniture on it. They kept switching crews and people kept leaving. A 6 hour in city move took 13 hr. Price was double estimate. They left pieces and parts of furniture behind at our old house and on their truck. It was a disappointing experience. They ruined our dining room table because they didn't wrap it properly, broke a slat in our bed and left deep gouges in our hardwood floor. They also backed over a neighbor's water pipe, requiring a city crew to fix the problem. I emailed to complain and so far haven't gotten a response.
They showed up somewhat on time. They were efficient in clearing out items and packing. There were significant extra charges for packing things. However, where they failed was that they forgot to remove some items from inside cabinets. I called them for days and talked to someone new each time. Each person assured me that they would be by that day or the next day to finish the job. They never showed up until days later after 10 calls. Scheduled our move a month and a half ago. We only needed them for two hours to move a couch and few boxes across the street! Got a call the morning of the move saying no one showed up to work so there was no one to send to help. Asked if we could move tomorrow but we needed to be out today. Really left us struggling with our move. Would not recommend, not reliable.
Multiple damaged items and moving team was very unprofessional. Throwing items and stating inappropriate things around our family.
Please do not use this company. We have a small apartment which required just a few heavy pieces of furniture to be moved and they are now 4 hours into moving half of what we need. My husband finally had to tell them to leave and just deliver what they'd packed due to repeatedly catching the crew sitting around on their cell phone. Then complained to us that the furniture was too heavy and that they shouldn't be moving any heavy furniture. Next the excuse was they needed more help.
