Could not be more disappointed. Their web site shows them with masks - not our movers. They arrived for our move 2 weeks ago not only not wearing masks but did not even have any with them. We had to provide masks and then keep asking them to keep them on throughout the day. They came with no packing paper so I provided what I could until several hours later someone showed up with extra. Extremely expensive for local movers. I've moved a cross the country and locally a dozen times. A lot of complaining and standing around not working. Stretched the move out by at least a few hours and one of the men had an injured leg. They damaged several pieces of furniture. Would not recommend. And the dispatcher Corey was very nasty and argumentative.

If I could, I would rate these movers zero. I had them pack my house and I had to move to storage. Whether the damage was to storage or out of storage - it was extensive. It cost more than the move. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged - and they turned deaf to all my requests to have them inspect for damage. Called and it took forever to get a response. The guy who finally replied was so rude he just hung up on me. They estimated my move to about 6000 dollars too for shipping a hand full of items to a neighboring state.

My move with this company was a horrible experience. First, I was assured the movers would be protected with mask and gloves, neither guy wore mask or gloves! Also, I was quoted one price and discussed a budget with Christine. She assured me the move wouldn't take over 3 hours, so we shouldn't go over budget. It took 3 hours and 20 minutes to load 2 beds, sectional, dining room set, bins. So about time we get to new place we are at 4 hours. If I could rate all my sons moving and storage 0 stars I would. I'm currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for failure to abide by the loss and damages statement. They refuse to respond via email or phone, and they currently owe me approximately $3,975. Absolutely, horrendous customer service. Recommend not using this service even if they say they'll do it for free! Oh and they only respond to good reviews. Worst company I've ever paid for.

I should have read the reviews before I picked this completely unprofessional, unqualified, I dare say company. All my sons movers was inept in every possible way. I spoke with Jake, the owner, he assured me the move would go smooth as possible. We hired 5 movers and 1truck at the request of Jake. On the day of the move the only thing in the house was large furniture, 3 beds, 3 couches, 4 solid wood buffets, 2 kitchen table with chairs, and a couple of miscellaneous tables. I would NOT recommend "all my sons moving service" to anyone. In all of the numerous moves I've had to do during my life, this has been by far the absolute worst experience with a moving company. They got over two hours later than scheduled, We hired three people to help move us (we had our things packed and ready to go), and one of them simply decided to leave in the middle of the move. Horrible experience, they do not keep their promises in moving. No quality movers, careless and no follow up with damages they made during moving.
