The website says they drug test their employees- the 3 very young men that arrived at my house reaked of weed. Which is probably why it took them almost an hr inside my house walking around before they started moving anything at all. They dropped several pieces of furniture and scuffed my walls so bad that in 2 separate areas there was pieces of sheetrock on the floor. Walls had to be muddled, sanded and repainted. The most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with. I had a moving start at 10:00 and after several phone calls asking where are you, they never showed up. They told me on the phone they never promise exact times. I called until 1:00 and finally my son moved furniture for me.

If only there was a "ZERO" stars option. AVOID AVOID AVOID. All the negative one star reviews reflect exactly our experience with this company. I don't believe any of the five star ratings. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Look at the pictures I posted. I have more, but you get the idea. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Used their services in the Savannah, Ga area. They called the day of to tell us that they would have to come do the move four hours early or else they couldn't do it this week at all. Still charged full price. Staff was friendly, but don't expect them to hold an appointment time.

Such a rude company. While on the phone, Kristen was my customer service rep to give me a quote & was rude, very short & hung the phone up in my face literally a second after the words came out of my mouth that I didn't need that big of a truck that they provide & I was going to keep looking around. Just off of my phone conversation & based on other reviews I've read, I would never use this company.

I would avoid this moving company like the plague. Bought a house in the area and out of the whole process, moving with this company was the worse part. If I wasn't there to dissemble and re assemble the furniture, I'm not sure the move would have gotten done. Couple of boxes fell down the stairs and broke. Luckily nothing of to much value to me. But the kicker was the damage to some of our furniture, a minor hole punched into the wall, and our hardwood floor being scratched upon entrance. They couldn't figure out how to pu... read more

Worst experience ever! Not only did they overcharge us but they also did not reassemble the furniture correctly! I hired them because I am 7 months pregnant and could not move one small bedroom myself. If I would have sat on the bed I would have been seriously injured! I also had to reassemble it myself because of this! worst company you could deal with. They damaged over $2000 of my furniture, yet they lie to me and tell me they will make it right. They won't. I suspect when they moved me that they had no insurance. I will tell as many people as possible not to use this disreputable company. read some of the other reviewsl
