Why i would never recommend your company as movers! The 4 folks on loading team in Beaufort SC were very good at packing our belongings, however only one of the loading team came to unload. he was trying his best to unload properly to locations marked on each box. but the surely driver in charge starting telling him to "just start dumping the marked boxes anywhere" and most ended up put into the garage - and not into the rooms where the clearly marked boxes belonged. This company is so unprofessional and I will not recommend them at all. The moving process was horrible they were so late and not just a couple minutes late almost 2 hours. Me and my wife Was quoted one price but when everything was done it wasn't the price we were quoted. Also things got left behind on the truck. This place is a scam and we even got warned by a couple people before using them to not use them but we wanted to give them a shot. If there was a way to give them no stars I would. I don't feel like it was worth using this company at all. They were over an hour and a half late getting to me, and when I set up the appointment I was quoted $380 bc they require a 2 hour minimum. All they had to move was 1 bedroom set, and my husband had already broken it down for them and had it at the door. Our move, including travel time, took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Not only did they not call to tell me they were running late until they were already late, but they then ended up charging me $480. And that was with a 10%... read more

Do not use this company. I paid over $70000 to move and they did a lousy job. Boxes and items were stolen and/or lost. Pieces were missing from items rendering them useless and delivery guys did not know how to reassemble my bed. After many calls and emails I was only reimbursed a mere $300.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

HORRENDOUS! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! All the negative adjectives describe this experience. Jerked around and lied to all day, only to get a call at 530pm telling me the best they could do was the next afternoon. At one point the dispatcher told me "we'll sh** happens and we'll get there when we get there" Do yourself a favor and call anyone but this outfit. AWFUL and ZERO stars

I took my time to move all of my small items myself for weeks to ensure that I had a quick move. I literally moved two blocks away! I was charged $900 for 2 1/2 hours! I was charged $88 to pack a specialty item, $150 fuel charge, $150 for the distance. I was quoted $159 an hour and even though I spoke with several people before the move - none of them had the decency to highlight all of their ridiculous fees. Please do not use this company unless you have money to waste!!

Unprofessional and incompetent. I had a horrible experience when I purchased "white glove" service to deliver an item to my home. Even though I called the morning of the delivery to say don't use Google Maps, the driver did and got lost. After many frustrating dropped calls, I had to go find them and asked them to follow me. Instead, they turned and left - thereby not delivering my item for which I had waited all day. I had to go the next day and pick the item up myself. Do not use this company. I paid extra for moving insurance in case any of my belongings were lost or damaged. Not only were items damaged, but multiple items were stolen. I filed a claim and was denied. Customer service has been no help. Corey, the foreman, has been no help. I'm sure, they will post a generic response about how they "strive for the highest level of customer service" or thank me for my feedback, but all of it is meaningless. This company should not be trusted as reflected in the thousands of complaints filed ... read more

Ran off with furniture abruptly without notice, held it hostage until paid over twice the quote, damaged furniture, left items behind and unflushed stool in the toilet, and missing items were found in the street. A nIghtmare.
