This company is horrible, do NOT use them for your move. When you hire movers you expect your items will not be damaged and also expect if they are that they will be replaced. This is not the case. They damaged our furniture and then said there is nothing they can do that I will have to fill out a claim, get it notarized and then recieve 60 cents per pound of the items damaged which is basically nothing. Since I was out of town my wife called a couple of different moving companies to get estimates. After reading the two previous reviews she decided to go with All My Sons. I met the movers at my in-law's home (They were giving us some furniture that we needed moved) and my wife went ahead to our new home. Before the movers would start loading their truck they told me that they had a document they needed me to sign. Among other things they wanted an 18% fuel surcharge. Beware of this mover, will not provide you with all the extra fees that are due, until after the move is completed. Also, will talk you in to three movers when only two are needed. I did my best to try to reason with management and I was treated like a child with this, that is the way it is and there is nothing we can do for you. After numerous calls, they finally waived the fees.

This person (William)who is the lead representative of the company All My Sons Moving was not pleasant to deal with everything is related to money and how much they can get out of you in extra charges for anything and everything, and they require payment up front for work they have not done. They spent more time being concerned about payment than anything else. Will not use them again.

I had to put one star because it wouldn't let me use NONE! Do NOT under any circumstances use these movers. They move so slow moss should grow on their backs. When you call, the manager, just says they are working like they are suppose to. WHAT A RIP OFF! A one bedroom apartment and it was was almost $800. These movers SUCK! Slow, break things and loose stuff too. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The crew showed up an hour early after confirming correct start time with dispatch, and though the loading of the truck was ok (pretty slow) the unloading was horrible. I confirmed when booking the move that they would be able to disassemble our treadmill that had to go upstairs and the crew said they could not do it, so I had to do it myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. This company had hidden charges that they do not disclose when they quote you the price. They are rude when you have a problem and threatened to leave and take our stuff with them when we wanted to dispute the charges. Details below. Worst moving experience I've ever witnessed. Was quoted for 6 hours, they took 8. That's fine, I understand sometimes things take longer than expected, but they were 2 hours late on top of that. He told me the prices and how everything would work, and I said I would be in touch with him. This call took place late on a Friday. I hired "All My Sons" in August 2010 to move my stuff from Michigan to California. From the beginning I had problems with this company, things that bothered me, but I blew it off. Once my belongings were actually delivered to my new home in California (which they held onto my stuff for over a month, and delivered it past their own estimated date of delivery), I quickly realized I was missing a box.
