My bedroom set, which includes four poles and a media chest, was severely damaged. I have been able to identify over 30 areas where the paint and wood have been damaged. So areas are repairable, however, the areas where chucks of the wood are gone that are not repairable. This is directly related to the negligence of the movers that were compensated to move my items from one location to the next. Do not recommend. Had an appointment with an 8-9am start time. 9am no call no show. I call and they tell me their truck broke down. 1st of all thanks for the call. Tell me it will be 11:30-12 before they can get a truck out. Not acceptable. For my trouble they offered a whopping 5% discount, $27. I tell the office guy Joe that thats not acceptable and this totally screwed up my appointments and plans that day, he had an i dont give a crap attitude and asked if i wanted to cancel. WORST. WORST. WORST. NEVER IN LIFE WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND THESE CLOWNS. Steve is far from a professional. His customer service is sub-par at best. The movers broke my furniture. The movers did not put the furniture back together as I specified or requested. I was over charged. The movers showed up without their tools, left for the tools and came back an hour later still unprepared. OMG. UNPROFESSIONAL. Too bad I can give zero stars.

I recommend: DO NOT USE. YOU WILL REGRET. Dishonest, inexperienced & unprofessional. After I had a horrible experience with Baymeadows Movers in Jacksonviile, I decided to try All My Sons on Stuart Lane. I had seen their signs. I am so sorry I used them. They did not put down any pads on my wood oak floors. They made deep gauges in the wood floors. Because of my work I've moved 6 times in the last 5 years. This is the WORST moving company I've ever dealt with. If you must use this company know 2 things that are guaranteed. 1. You will pay the "not to exceed" price they quote you. I paid $2300 to move furniture in a 3 bedroom home 20 miles away. 2. Your furniture will never be the same. Broken pieces. Do not use this company. It was as if they had zero experience moving. They damaged my house, my furniture and when I told them they really didn't care whatsoever. They advertise that your furniture will be padded, however none of mine was and thusly expensive items were all scraped up. They did not even know how to use a tape roller or a dolly! At first when speaking to Tony he was very helpful willing to accommodate our schedule however two days before our move our closing got pushed back two hours so when I called back to All My Sons, tony was once again helpful said it was no problem they would make our move the second move of the day at 12pm instead of 8am however on the day of the move I was home packing a few more things while my daughter was at work the movers showed up at 8am I tried explaining to them that they weren't suppose to be there until noon. Inefficient, unorganized and unprofessional. I had a two bedroom apartment and had already moved the bedroom furniture from one of the bedrooms, and it cost almost $1000 - and that's with three guys working! They were careless with my belongings and when I emailed and called regarding my dissatisfaction at how long it took the crew to move me I essentially received no response. Finally got through on the phone and was basically told 'oh well'. If you decide to use them be prepared to pay.

If this is your only choice for a moving company, buy a donkey and use your backpack. They did not use quilted packing materials, they used paper, which was not what the contract stated. The sales rep told us to leave our clothes in the chest of drawers. Great--he didn't tell us it would never arrive. They lost a sofa, the chest of drawers with our clothes in it, a computer desk, a large wall mirror, a 9x12 multi design rug and lots of smaller items.
