Irresponsible. Non- communicative. Unprofessional. Unreliable. And we're hostages because they have our belongings and we have no idea if or when we will get them. Use another company!
If I could rate it a zero I would. My siblings and I hired this company to help my mom pack up her house as she was relocating from GA since my dad passed away to be closer to us. They charge by the box, even though we had our own boxes. Some of the boxes were only half packed & then the rest was all paper! That's not even the worst part. One of the movers stole my mom's engagement ring & Anniversary rings that my dad gave her over 40 years ago! Never use them...they stole our stuff and broke our furniture. The actual charges are much higher than what they say but later on the bill got doubled. The claim money is low and not worth it because then you can't leave them a bad review. I refused their claim money and preferred to leave this review. Don't ever hire these thugs!!
I really regret not checking the reviews here before hiring them. Was quoted $350-450 for my move, ended up being charged double that while the movers spent a lot of time talking and not working on the hourly rate they were being paid. They estimated a 2pm finish time and finished at 1pm that day and never refunded that extra hour as they said they would. Upon calling them I was constantly told Steve (the only person who could refund or dispute any charges) would call me back for a week after our move as he was "in meetings"... read more

So I got my son a new bed December 25th and due to ALL MY SONS MOVING it is missing screws, parts are bent. Do not use this company they show up high, one mover was very rude, and $100 of ours came up missing.
The reviews stating how horrible they are are NOT UNTRUE!! Terrible service from start to end. No pride in their work and this is obvious by how the job was done! I had 3 movers 2 males and 1 woman. The older gentleman was nice and EVEN he admitted how the he told the other man to be more careful and his coworker said "no we have to rush " but my furniture was not just tossed around to where dents and scratches were made, my newly painted walls were scratched bc of their negligence. Horrible....broke MANY items that were of $$$$$ value Inspite of bringing to their attentions when packing. DO not use. Claims process a joke...$73.10 offered for damaged items beyond repair of over $4k due to their negligence of poor packing ( 2 sheets of paper , no bubble wraps when packing antique, rare bone china porcelains. Provided explicit photos of damages, proof of value...rejected offer. Will go the distance to receive . CLaims process going on 45 days, not 30 as advertised, and still not resolved.
