Inefficient, unorganized and unprofessional. I had a two bedroom apartment and had already moved the bedroom furniture from one of the bedrooms, and it cost almost $1000 - and that's with three guys working! They were careless with my belongings and when I emailed and called regarding my dissatisfaction at how long it took the crew to move me I essentially received no response. Finally got through on the phone and was basically told 'oh well'. If you decide to use them be prepared to pay.

If this is your only choice for a moving company, buy a donkey and use your backpack. They did not use quilted packing materials, they used paper, which was not what the contract stated. The sales rep told us to leave our clothes in the chest of drawers. Great--he didn't tell us it would never arrive. They lost a sofa, the chest of drawers with our clothes in it, a computer desk, a large wall mirror, a 9x12 multi design rug and lots of smaller items. Called prior to moving date and was given a date and time. The movers never showed up. I called and was told "Well I guess you never scheduled it". They had my name, address, phone number and the time though. These people are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and can eat a bag of dicks.

I would never use these people. Took 6 hours to move a two bedroom apt?! Please. The "manager" I talked to was completely rude and argumentative- I could not believe how rude this guy was. I would rather hire bums off the street then these guys. Save your money and time!!!!!!

I am giving one star because I have to. I did not do my research before hiring this company and I regret it. When I called for a quote to move I talked to Jason and be was so pleasant and helpful that I didn't hesitate to hire this company. We were able to quickly arrange a date and time. I was verbally given a price, followed by an email that listed an 18% surcharge for fuel and also a 2 hour minimum. But everything seemed so professional so I just didn't complain. Don't use them please. It cost almost 1000 dollars for an in town move of less than 3 bedrooms of stuff.

I hired this company to move and the service was horrible. The crew could not keep up and I had to even jump in and help them. They ignored fragile items and piled other boxes on top of them. They didn't place my items in the rooms because they were "running out of time" they said. I had one guy tell me that I should have bought him some food. I would not recommend them to anyone.. Poor service from the start!!!!!!!

Used them a few months ago when I moved from South Carolina to Florida. I have moved over a dozen times and I have NEVER ended up with a complete box of broken glass! Two other boxes were half full of broken glass. I also had a large mirror with a wood frame... when the guy brought it up to my new apartment he set it behind my couch. The next day when I went to hang it up I realized the entire bottom corner of the frame was broken. And he tried to hide it from me! Awful

When setting up the move was told it would be between 8-9am. The day before the move after I had already taken the morning off work, move time was changed to between 11-3 but was told they would put a note requesting the first move in the new time slot. Movers showed up at 1:30 and took until 3pm to put 6 pieces of furniture and 5 boxes on the moving truck. Then it took them another 20 minutes to get to the storage unit 1.2 miles away.
