I am giving one star because I have to. I did not do my research before hiring this company and I regret it. When I called for a quote to move I talked to Jason and be was so pleasant and helpful that I didn't hesitate to hire this company. We were able to quickly arrange a date and time. I was verbally given a price, followed by an email that listed an 18% surcharge for fuel and also a 2 hour minimum. But everything seemed so professional so I just didn't complain. Don't use them please. It cost almost 1000 dollars for an in town move of less than 3 bedrooms of stuff.

I hired this company to move and the service was horrible. The crew could not keep up and I had to even jump in and help them. They ignored fragile items and piled other boxes on top of them. They didn't place my items in the rooms because they were "running out of time" they said. I had one guy tell me that I should have bought him some food. I would not recommend them to anyone.. Poor service from the start!!!!!!!

Used them a few months ago when I moved from South Carolina to Florida. I have moved over a dozen times and I have NEVER ended up with a complete box of broken glass! Two other boxes were half full of broken glass. I also had a large mirror with a wood frame... when the guy brought it up to my new apartment he set it behind my couch. The next day when I went to hang it up I realized the entire bottom corner of the frame was broken. And he tried to hide it from me! Awful

When setting up the move was told it would be between 8-9am. The day before the move after I had already taken the morning off work, move time was changed to between 11-3 but was told they would put a note requesting the first move in the new time slot. Movers showed up at 1:30 and took until 3pm to put 6 pieces of furniture and 5 boxes on the moving truck. Then it took them another 20 minutes to get to the storage unit 1.2 miles away. I had their estimator come out and give me a hard estimate. We agreed on price and I paid a $100 deposit by check and was offered a military discount. Movers showed up day of move and moved my items with minimal issues. Once we arrived at my new home it was time to pay before the truck was unloaded, this must by standard procedure to ensure they don't get ripped off. The worst company! Had a guy training and went extremely slow. I suppose customers are paying for their training!!!! Additionally, when they took apart my bed set they lost all the hardware which will be great putting it back. Damaged a lamp and table. Asked for a tv box and all they did was break an old box down and wrap it. When I called to complain, the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Was doing this move because I'm deploying and needed some help. Never EVER use this company.

DO NOT USE! THIEVES!!!! I spent over $2000 dollars with this company and I regret every dollar. After unpacking I found that over $500 of my property was STOLEN. At first I thought the men were professional and hard working. I wanted to get the move done asap so I worked harder than any of All My Sons staff. I did not mind that part bc my goal was to get the move accomplished in a timely manner. We bought them lunch and gave them a nice tip bc we didn't find out until later that certain items were GONE! Deserves zero. When one of the movers asks you if your subdivision has cameras, beware. They are beyond bad. Damaged my property, kept asking for my belongings, were sloppy, late, overpriced, ill-equipped, inefficient, untrustworthy and could go on. Read the other reviews and stay away from All My Sons Moving & Storage in Jacksonville. Report your bad experiences to the BBB and Florida State Attorney Generals Office.
