Horrible....broke MANY items that were of $$$$$ value Inspite of bringing to their attentions when packing. DO not use. Claims process a joke...$73.10 offered for damaged items beyond repair of over $4k due to their negligence of poor packing ( 2 sheets of paper , no bubble wraps when packing antique, rare bone china porcelains. Provided explicit photos of damages, proof of value...rejected offer. Will go the distance to receive . CLaims process going on 45 days, not 30 as advertised, and still not resolved.
Terrible experience with management. Not upfront about the pricing. My bill more than doubled from the original estimate. The guys loading and unloading the truck were fantastic though. However because management was so poor I will NEVER use them again.

Please do not use them - the prices are completely unreasonable. Almost 1000 dollars for an in town move for a house with less than a 3 bedroom house.
The actual move was okay. About what I expected. However...when you report that you are missing jewelry and told that you will get a phone call back. And never a phone call returned. Tells me that they have no respect for your property. AND do not care that they may have a thief working with them. IF you use this company make sure you keep a close eye on their workers. Obviously the management doesn't care.

I had their estimator come out and give me a hard estimate. We agreed on price and I paid a $100 deposit by check and was offered a military discount. Movers showed up day of move and moved my items with minimal issues. Once we arrived at my new home it was time to pay before the truck was unloaded, this must by standard procedure to ensure they don't get ripped off.
