I have used All My Sons several times however the Jacksonville office is the worst. When I called i was originally quoted $129 an hour. When they called to confirm it I was quoted $119 an hour. Not complaining there. However, when it was said and done they charged me $421 for 1.5 hours plus 18% fuel charge. When I called to dispute the so called owner argued with me. I took a chance on this company and lost. Approximately $500.00 in property was damaged occurred during the move ( all of which were glass or mirror items that they packed ). They wanted me to agree to a sum of $65.00 to make this right. I could not replace a single item for $65.00, so they can keep it. I would just assume not ever use them again, and spread the word about them. There are a lot of complaints against this company , so shame on me for not doing my homework. Buyer Beware!!!

Do not use them, especially when you talk to the Owner, Steve. We talked about a price and when it was time to pay he didn't tell me about an 18% and about an extra hour charge. He was so nice when he called that I actually changed to them. BIG MISTAKE. When I called to talk about this he practically insulted me an told me he has been in the business 25 years and that he told me, he never told me. I wish the conversation was recorded. NEVER use them.

Do not bother getting a price quote from this company, they will not honor it. Was quoted a price twice, once on the phone, once in an email. When the movers arrived, the drive time was triple what was quoted, and when I called on the phone to clear it up, Amy acted like I was the one who should have realized there was no way they could do it it for that amount of money. Did not use their service because of their terrible customer service. Their sales associate was pushy and tried to fear monger me into not going with a reasonable quote because of her speculation that, "They don't offer worker's comp," "they hire felons," "they don't have insurance." To sum it up. I can't give Zero stars so I will settle with one star... extremely unsatisfied. horrible customer service, horrible professionalism.... So in the Military in order to get on post you need Picture ID which one of the workers did not have.... I was stationed in a different region so my wife had to do all the coordination and dealing with the movers.... As a general rule I don't write reviews, but this time I'm compelled. Let's just sum it up in one word - rude. This company is a franchise (vs the family owned company the ad led me to believer I was getting) and my questions were met with haste and disrespect when I ventured away from the quick first asked questions. I have no idea if they are good movers, but when "customer satisfaction is your #1 goal" and you are treated like I was there is a big disconnect. So I'll find another mover. Carol A
This company is horrible, do NOT use them for your move. When you hire movers you expect your items will not be damaged and also expect if they are that they will be replaced. This is not the case. They damaged our furniture and then said there is nothing they can do that I will have to fill out a claim, get it notarized and then recieve 60 cents per pound of the items damaged which is basically nothing. Since I was out of town my wife called a couple of different moving companies to get estimates. After reading the two previous reviews she decided to go with All My Sons. I met the movers at my in-law's home (They were giving us some furniture that we needed moved) and my wife went ahead to our new home.
