My first time using a moving company and all they wanted to do was get my money! The movers were awesome and did their best. Bosses wanted them to keep moving in rain and I don't mean a little rain but horrible rain, no care for their workers and no work around for me, it was 100% about money. Rude, rude office people and total lack of communication between call center and local office. Get your act together people. Lesson learned always read reviews.

I wish I could leave them -5! In November 2017 we had All My Sons load our things and take them to storage and then delivered to our new house in February 2018. They "lost" several items, some were returned, my 42" Sony Bravia tv was not (how do you lose a tv). They broke 3 lamps, lost the pegs that hold the shelves up in our bookcase, and broke a 75lb steel dog crate. I filed a claim and they offered $129, what an insult. The "salesman" made great promises, was very congenial and said it was his family's business, which another person in the office said it is not. They were supposed to show up at 8:00, finally showed at 11:00, changed us from 2 trucks (so we wouldn't have to share with another household) to an 18 wheeler, they sent one man to load 2700 sq. ft. and one to oversee. Here was my experience: -Damaged belongings (see pictures-these are just some) -Over 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment less than 8 miles away -Being yelled at by a manager I don't think I would recommend these people to my worst enemy.

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. I spoke with Charlie when making the resvservation and he completely misrepresented the services this company offers. They don't tell you there's a 2 hour minimum even if you only use them for 30 minutes, so it's still a flat 300 fee regardless! They don't tell you about an 18% fuel charge so if you live on the other side of town it could be over 100 dollars just for them to come to your house!!! I'll keep it short. The moving crew was very personable and professional. That's the only positive thing I can say. Over $1,000 for 6 to 7 hours of work. A leaded glass pane in the door of a cabinet was broken and immediately reported to management. The company's management told us to report it to their claims department (instead of offering the basic customer service of doing it themselves). It's hard to write a review on these movers since they cancelled on me at the last minute WITHOUT A PHONE CALL. I set up my time earlier in the week, paid my deposit, did as much packing as possible, and then waited. A half hour after their scheduled time I called the company wondering where they were and was told their crew had called in and they were looking for replacements. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My 74 year old mother used them for a major move from FL to Ohio. Contract and deposit given on April 28th for PACKING on May 22nd. The night before they called to confirm they would be there on MAY 27th!! and had no idea they were packing her.! They scrambled and got a crew there about noon on the 22nd.
