Mistakes happen and I understand that, but a company should be professional when they make mistakes. They broke a 75” tv, and snapped the leg off my bedroom dresser, and are offering $180. I’ve never left a bad review but this is for protection of future customers that will hopefully keep looking past all my sons. They ignored me the whole time through the claims process and overcharged me. Also upon arrival the crew told me 2 out of 3 guys were brand new. Overpriced. I spent as much money on 1 bedroom, as I did moving my entire house 2 years ago with a different company. The entire move would have been an hour if the driver's didn't get "lost" on the way to the destination.
Please do not use this company!!! I use them in August 2017 and March 2018.....the guys they sent me the 1st were great and the guys they sent the 2nd were awful!! Never again will I use them or recommend them. My credit card company asked me to call them so I did so I’m told Charlie my problems and he got upset with me and we had a screaming match because his movers were awful. The only reason they are getting a fair rating is the movers. A small 1 bedroom apartment shouldn't take over 800.00 to move and we had to stop at 500.00 because of the rain. Which the office team didn't care was happening or what might happen to their workers coming down stairs in pouring rain. It is your job to know your business and HELP your customer not just have an "oh well" attitude. Communication between call center and local office need to get it together. Please check the online reviews on ALL MY SONS Moving company before you hire them. You will not be sorry.
I wish I could give them a -5 star. We used them for moving and 3 months storage and had several items “lost” (including our tv), 3 out of 5 lamps were broken, along with many other broken items. The worst part is the customer service and the people in charge not returning calls. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING! Major regrets!
