Don't use. Overpriced and over-promised. Bait and switch. I booked this company a month in advance to help load a uhaul in Orlando and unload in Jacksonville on 2 separate days. They were 4 hours late the first day and shorted me on manpower...charged me $129 an hour for 2 men plus fuel surcharge, travel time, etc. Second day (different branch) they shorted me on manpower as well. Don't use this company. It cost us over $2500 to move a third of our furniture 2.3 miles (we packed and moved ALL our own boxes and moved the majority of our furniture to storage, ourselves) and that's not even the worst part of this experience. Btw, $500 of that expense was due to overnight storage because, and I quote, they couldn't move our furniture to our new home the next day at 3:00 in the afternoon, because they "weren't permitted to work in the dark." This is a classic company example from The Office. The sales man comes to your home dressed smartly, with an overly enthusiastic position. He does all the right things - raving about corporate vs a franchise and they will put the "best" men on your job. He even took a personal interest, asking me questions about our photos on the wall and all our gear, such as surfboards. They are more expensive than other movers period but I fell for the bait. Please do not use this company!!!! They will send you drug addicted, alcoholic, lazy men. They will tell you one thing and it will be the complete opposite. I used them twice and the first time they were great. I was told I'd get 4 men.......they were the laziest 4 men I could have ever gotten. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but I have to fight this in court or with their insurance company. I'm in tears because I trusted this company. We received an on-site walk-thru and then a written estimate for moving 3BR house, only 1289 SF. We had moved the exact contents of our home just 5 years earlier, for only $598 plus tip. Chris Caldwell sent a detailed estimate of ....(drum roll please).....$1,971.00. Seriously? I almost swallowed my tongue! The detailed estimate reflected a charge of 4 men loading up the truck for $661.50 - second charge for $661.50 for Unloading said truck to the 9-mile distance to our new house. My first time using a moving company and all they wanted to do was get my money! The movers were awesome and did their best. Bosses wanted them to keep moving in rain and I don't mean a little rain but horrible rain, no care for their workers and no work around for me, it was 100% about money. Rude, rude office people and total lack of communication between call center and local office. Get your act together people. Lesson learned always read reviews.

I wish I could leave them -5! In November 2017 we had All My Sons load our things and take them to storage and then delivered to our new house in February 2018. They "lost" several items, some were returned, my 42" Sony Bravia tv was not (how do you lose a tv). They broke 3 lamps, lost the pegs that hold the shelves up in our bookcase, and broke a 75lb steel dog crate. I filed a claim and they offered $129, what an insult. I gave them a chance to try and make it right. They are great returning calls until there is an issue. ... read more

The "salesman" made great promises, was very congenial and said it was his family's business, which another person in the office said it is not. They were supposed to show up at 8:00, finally showed at 11:00, changed us from 2 trucks (so we wouldn't have to share with another household) to an 18 wheeler, they sent one man to load 2700 sq. ft. and one to oversee. Here was my experience: -Damaged belongings (see pictures-these are just some) -Over 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment less than 8 miles away -Being yelled at by a manager I don't think I would recommend these people to my worst enemy.
