Used them back in February to move across the state of Florida. The truck showed up 2 hours later than scheduled. They showed up unprepared with out enough pads and NO wardrobe boxes. We asked for wardrobe boxes and even called days before to ensure that they bring them. The team did not have tools to break down furniture and I ended up using my tools and doing it myself because they appeared inexperienced. These guys were horrible. They destroyed a 55 inch smart TV, a 48 inch Sony Bravia smart TV, a $500 handmade rolltop desk, a bookcase, and a handmade China cabinet. These guys treated our stuff like it was garbage, I wouldn’t recommend this company to move a used litter box.
I have had the worst experience I have ever had moving on 2/17/19 in Jacksonville FL. I was quoted $320 for two hours, $550 for three. I am single and my move was 10 minutes away, same zip code. Angel Mercado recommended a third person to cut down on time and cost. While I moved the grill and patio table from the backyard and helped with moving parts of the bed to help out, the third person I was paying for was walking around aimlessly, smoked cigarettes. I was quoted $109 an hour for 3 movers for two hours. After the two hours rates would go up by $15 an hour to move a two bedroom and 1 garage. This company called to renegotiate at $135 an hour with 18% charge on fuel and 1 hour travel time when I was moving 1.2 miles away. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They wouldn't hour the voice recorded conversation even though one of their own representatives, Dave Hughes, set up the contract. They called me 35 minutes before my scheduled appointment for a quote saying they were ahead of schedule. when they couldn't get me on the phone they showed up anyway. I had to call them to come back out. Then I did not get my quote as promised but I got a phone call to follow up on the quote I never got. They said they would send right away. We moved few time worldwide and we never faced that kind of situation. Our moving experience with All my sons was very unprofessional. Furnitures damaged or never delivered, our loss is about $2,000 & company proposed $85 of compensation. Our moving experience was very poor and frustrating. Our belongings were supposed to be stored in climatized premises but boxes were delivered in a very bad condition & damaged. They were dishonest about their prices(hidden charges) and the movers worked very slow. Extremely disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
They were not upfront with their pricing when I ordered. They charged me $637 for 2.75 hours of unloading.
