This company will rip you off!!! I moved 3 miles away with a 2 bedroom apartment with a quote of $430 and my total that I had to pay BEFORE they would unload was $1439! The 2 movers themselves were great but Josh, the general manager, wouldn't even call me back while his movers were still with me. I have moved 17 times in 10 years and have NEVER paid anything close to this for a move. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. Hire another company!!!

I previously posted a positive review for this company but am taking it down due to my recent booking experience with All My Sons. I have never in my life been so disappointed with an entire organization. I called in on 6/1 to schedule a move for 7/3. I requested a time frame of late morning, early afternoon. The agent said that was fine. One bedroom apartment, local move. I called in around 6/15 to reschedule the move for 7/2. This company is extremely unprofessional and has cost my sister another months rent because they lack competence to schedule correctly. First an appointment as made the last week of April! Then a 100 deposit was taken without notice. Deposits are standard for most services but tell me when you plan on taking the money. Normally a week before is when a deposit is due unless otherwise discussed, but we forgave that discrepancy. Would not use this company, they canceled on me a day before the scheduled move , didn't explain to me why they wouldn't have any movers for me on my scheduled appointment day and was very unprofessional and rude. I asked for my deposit because they broke the contract so I'm still waiting on it , hopefully I want have to take them to court.

DO NOT USE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! They over charge you AND they charge you for things you do NOT use!!!! My son in law and daughter have a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 kids Their beds were being taken apart while the movers were packing the truck. Took them 2 1/2 hours. We were moving from Memphis to Fort Worth. I got four estimates from moving companies and All My Sons was right in the middle. Having used full service moving companies in the past, I had a pretty good idea of we needed and the proper terminology. they sent their rep out to provide an estimate. Where to begin. The move was quoted horribly and ended up being 100s of dollars more than quoted. Next, they guarantee that the furniture will be put back together and placed where you need it. That did not happen and I was forced to hire an additional set of movers. Lastly, damages, Braxton has been very helpful, but their claims department is the absolute worst. On Feb 22 I had All My Sons Moving load a U-Haul with my household items and then at the other end, unload into a storage facility. In OKC they called the day before to verify and see if they could come earlier than 10a because they were busy. We agreed on 930am. They didn't even show up until just after 1030am. One very new guy and one experienced. Took about 2 1/2 hrs to wrap some pieces and load everything into the U-Haul. Wish I would have read all of the horrible reviews before I made the sad mistake of hiring this company. Would have liked to have given them a ZERO! Ridiculously unfair pricing ! Value not received . Will never hire again . Paid $467.00 for one hour of work .
